Not too crowded. It is convenient and near our home. Accessible to buses. It is complete. We went there to watch the kids acrobatic show. It was fun. With lots of restaurants and fastfood within the mall. With a supermarket too.

There is Solidaire restaurant inside this mall, with delicious lebanese food. Very good standards, and a lot of menu choices. With a very nice decoration.

A typical mall. Nothing fancy about it. If you live in the area then its an alright place to shop as GEANT SUPERMARKET is inside. Other then that very small food court with limited restaurants. Limited brand shops and No cinema.
So if you are planning to go out there specially for something extraordinary. Don't bother.

Not crowded and quite place for shopping. Plenty of parking and well maintained mall. Choice of fast food/ restaurant can be improved.

Though it is small, everything I need is in this mall, services restaurants, groceries. Great ambiance. If you are foodie, you have a lots of restaurants to choose from.

I visited the mall with a friend who was shopping for a bicycle. We found one in a shop equipped with lots of sporting equipment and gear. The mall is located close to the industrial area of Al Ain. It has a reasonable array of shopping possibilities and a food court. It has a supermarket for groceries, clothing and traveling bags. The mall is very clean as expected in most malls around the United Arab Emirates.

A normal mall having hyper market inside. Limited food court and branded shops. No cinema. The mall is attached to Hotel.
