This is a clean and neatly laid out mall. Plenty of room to shop and not run into other shoppers. The variety of stores is excellent with moderate price to higher end. Everything you may need.

Bawadi mall is the biggest in Al Ain. Lots of branded stores are present. There is sufficient parking. Play area for kids and two food courts. The bigger one is one first floor with many options. The one on ground floor near gate 5 is connected to the Ayla hotel. Lots of food and beverages shops outside the mall also. Overall good experience.

Bawadi Mall بوادي مول
A very good mall located in Al Ain.
Carrefour Hypermarket on the ground floor. Cafes and restaurants. The Coffee Club. Food court with lots of variety of fast food. Try the New York Fries.
Spacious parking space is available.
Wheelchair accessible.

Safe for kids

Although Bawadi mall is medium sized mall but it offers many brands , cafes and restaurants.
It is safe for kids .
I enjoy my time there specially when I am with my family

Big city style shopping

Bawadi Mall has a style as big as a Dubai Mall but still retains the ease and comfort of a hometown shopping center. Lots of great shops from the Arab shops to Ace Hardware with great restuarants throughout the mall. A favorite place for both locals and expats.

Far for shopping

They have all good selection of shops here in Al Ain but then its quite too far from the town.
But this mall is recommended for those shopaholic.

Most definitely the best Mall in the whole of Al-Ain.
Food court is great too with a much wider selection of shops in comparison to the other malls in Al-Ain.

Very good mall

In my opinion, the Bawadi mall is the best in Al Ain. There are a lot of shops selling clothes, shoes, bags etc. You can also find gold shops and a couple of souvenir shops here. The food court on the second floor is good, many different restaurants to choose from. For a tourist this is also a good place to see the locals.

Good shopping center

Al Bawadi Mall is one of the most famous shopping malls in Al Ain City and is located in the south side of the city near Mezyad area.
The center has many shops offering clothing, accessories, perfumes and electronics.
The center also has a large entertainment section for children with different games for different ages

Shop and Relax

Good range of stores without being overwhelming. Has cinemas. Good parking. Good variety of restaurants and fast food places to cater for all budgets. Children friendly
