Lovely park. Were I to live here, I would probably be here all summer long just reading my book and enjoying the peace and quiet. A few alleys, flowers, benches, places to get coffee and a snack. The quiet heart of a quiet city.

It’s pretty much first park you come across as you enter the cozy little town of Poltava. It has a lot of seating. Nice and colourful. As well as you will find Poltava to be cozy and bright and Vibrant very beautiful little town.

We were in Kyiv and needed to get out of the city for a few days. Since we had already visited Lviv on a previous trip to the Ukraine, we wanted to see another city. The hotel receptionist recommended Poltava, and were quite happy with this lovely historic town!!! Enjoyed the food, the people and all the lovely architecture!

This garden is the center point of Poltava. I was there when the flowers were beginning to be planted for the summer season. Everyone comes here to enjoy the beauty of the place and to relax a little. There are electric vehicles for little kids to drive, the Beer House has a presence here, and there are no shortage of dog walkers and drone flyers to be found. I found it a great place to find a bench in the shade or in the sun depending on temperature and just enjoy doing nothing but watch Poltava's citizens going about their day.

Visited there first time in OCT 2013, THEN AGAIN IN AUG, OCT, AND DEC 2016. So was there for summer, autumn, and winter. I've seen the changes the round square and garden had made: In the summer, beautiful trees and flowers blossoms around the garden!! At the centre, there's the Battle of Poltava monument of 1769, you can climb up to take photos! Around the garden, you can sit by the bunches while my wife and I sat in the summer. Then in the autumn, when it rains or sleets, you can see the monument in the fog, very beautiful especially when leaves felt and a yellow and red scenery gives you the love of autumn! In the winter, snow covered the whole garden and you can find many snowmen there too! After you walk through the garden from west to east, you will get to the city centre where shopping malls and restaurants are! Have a great time there! I love my wife too)) Love this romantic garden

A place to sit and relax in the city centre. It is quite funny in the autumn when the chestnuts are falling as you hear them rattling through the trees and hope they don't hit you. The teenage school kids have fun racing around the eagle monument and little ones can drive the electric cars.

Beautiful flowers in full bloom made this place beautiful and aromatic. Even the proximity of traffic did not detract.
