My family and I had limited time but wanted to make the most of a one-day safari in Western Uganda. Mabel from Ntungo Wildlife Safaris was just outstanding in tailoring an itinerary that perfectly fit our interests and available time. She offered expert advice on the best park to visit, - which turned out to be Queen Elizabeth for us- ensuring we had a seamless and memorable experience. Throughout the entire day, Mabel maintained communication with our guide, John Bosco—who was top-notch too btw, to ensure a smooth safari experience for us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and service-minded.

We recently had an unforgettable 3-day safari to Murchison Falls, expertly organized by Ntungo Safaris. From their great personal touch and excellent communication to the exceptional guidance provided by Amos, our tour guide, every detail was perfectly handled. Amos's extensive knowledge and enthusiasm made our game drives and Nile boat cruise truly special, allowing us to see a wide range of wildlife up close. Our stay at Pakuba Lodge was comfortable, with stunning views, great service, and delicious food. Ntungo Safaris even surprised us with two complimentary water bottles, adding a thoughtful touch to the experience. Ntungo Safaris exceeded our expectations, providing a well-rounded and memorable adventure. Highly recommended!

The journey in the vehicle was very smooth and comfortable with expert driving. The driver assigned, Barham, was not only reassuring in the conversation but also very knowledgeable as he explained the details on plants, birds and animals we saw on the drive. An overall memorable experience.

We went to Lake Bunyonyi, Kisoro and QENP in March as a couple and it was amazing. Ntungo was super responsive before and throughout our journey. They organised everything exactly the way we wanted it and we had a great, carefree time.
Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense for what we wanted. He was by far the best guide I ever had on a safari. There was no bird and no insect he couldn’t name.
I don’t think there is a better option for customised safaris in Uganda (for all price ranges) than Ntungo.

Easter holidays came, and we got the best treat arranged by Ntungo. Perfectly arranged tour with a mix of hot weather of the Queen Elizabeth park in the chase for wild animals and a cool/ cold weather on the second depest lake in Africa "Bunyonyi lake" with interesting historical stories from it's islands.
Was expecting a good experience and had with Ntungo safaris.

During the unpredictable times of COVID, in October 2020 we took a tour with Ntungo to Murchison falls. Eva facilitated the tour within a short time we gave her. Everything promised was delivered. We had a pleasant ride with Amos, who became a friend/family immediately. He knows all the story behind everything we saw on the way. He knew all the details of the area and made sure we had the best experience. From knowing the times we needed to depart to catch a glimpse of nature at it's best and see the animals. He knows all about the animals, and explained everytime we encountered them. He went extra miles to make sure we had a chance to see the rare bird, and by communicating with other drivers he got us a chance to see leopards. Also shared generously his professionally taken photos. I recommend Ntungo tours anytime and can't wait to go on another adventure with the.

With all the anxiety caused by the COVID pandemic last year, I needed some soothing and healing. Just then I got to know that my friend, Eva, was organizing a 3 day Independence getaway by Ntungo Wildlife Safaris to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Amabere ga nyina mwiru and the Tooro crater lakes in Fortportal. I knew this was going to be the perfect trip to put my senses in order.
The driver was on time to pick me up from Entebbe early morning on Independence day and the rest of the team joined us at their respective pick up points along the way. Throughout the journey our tour guide, Amos, kept us abreast of the places that we were going to visit. He was knowledgeable about the wildlife and historical places. We walked through the Amabeere caves as we were told of the history of the Bachwezi people. We then hiked up Nyakasura Hill . I must say this was the defining moment for this entire holiday. The view at the top was breathtaking and worth the sweat of getting up there. The crater lakes lay beautifully below. I am glad the trip organizers kept encouraging us to go on when the hike seemed tough.
The ride through the serene Queen Elizabeth National Park had us view lions, kobs, elephants, buffaloes, etc. The boat ride along the Kazinga channel between lakes George and Edward was heartwarming. We viewed hippos and the different bird species. The accommodation and journey back home were comfortable.
I definately had a therapeutic trip organized by Ntungo. I would do this again.
