Sivas is an ancient city full if amazing history. The town square area is gorgeous during the day and during the night. The Buruciye is dotted with handcrafted souvenir stands, mostly of the famous Sivas knives (of which i bought several.) Not to be missed...More

This is one of three awesome medieval Turkish/Mongol monuments on a large plaza in downtown Sivas. Like the others, it is now in use as a café/teahouse and gets busy in the afternoon, but you can visit anytime for free just to see the architecture....More
