Was in marmaris for 2 weeks and this was a Lovley trip from the norm. Spent a couple of hours up there and would recommend the walk. Lovley views across the bay and lots of history that my 10 year old and I enjoyed reading about. I found the staff knowledgable and tried the best they could to give details... More

If you are into history, it is worth going to the castle/museum. The view from there is to die for and the artifacts exposed are very interesting.

If you are interested in history this is a must. It is a pleasurable way of spending a couple of hours if you are looking to an alternative from the beach or pool. The view from the top of the castle is amazing. Well worth a visit.

Amazing views and also amazing collection of antic art from local archaeological sites. From 8.00 till 18.00 welcome) And ask local people, how to reach it. Remember about strongly high slopes and many steps.

Nice views of the marina from the castle. Interesting artefacts but the staff were very quick to reprimand you if you even looked as though you might touch a glass display case! Good enough attraction to pass an hour or so.

Took the kids here, it's just OK but will take up an hour. I would say that the security is VERY over the top. My kids got whistled at for touching the glass on a display case. I saw a woman get shouted at for sitting on a canon. Do they know how much harm sitting on a canon does?... More

Nice day out, Castle and museums were small but got some nice photos. There are two old ladies on way up here who you pass to get to the castle. They are very nice but very persuasive in you buying things from their shop. The bracelets were nice but both broke after a day of wearing so beware. The bookmarks... More
