The show itself was really good, the dancers are brilliant and very entertaining. I would suggest just going for the show alone and refusing the food though - the free wine on the tables was like vinegar and the courses were dry bread with no butter, some rice, yoghurt and meat for main and a bowl of old dry cut up fruit for dessert - my boyfriend ended up in hospital with food poisoning, wasted a whole day of our trip. We think it was the fruit as I took one bite and spat it out because it was minging, but boyfriend chowed down on it and complained of an upset stomach later, he thought it was from the shisha at the time. When you first arrive they push you towards the dancers for a photograph and then are pushy and rude when you don't want to buy the photo in the middle of the show. Then they offer you to buy "raffle" tickets - this is a complete scam, 20TL each and all it is is a wee shop with cheap jewellery and they have a list of the ticket numbers, and they give you the corresponding item to your ticket number... so pretty much you're duped into buying from their shop and in return receive an unwanted item - The wee boy in front of me got a girls necklace. They were also handing out Shishas at the start, they just bring it to your table and so we took one assuming it was included in the cost, an hour later they came back asking for 50TL for it, which is fine, but could've said the price when offering. The whole thing is made to suck money out of tourists, just be aware of that. But, as I said, the dancers are brilliant and worth watching with a few cocktails and a Shisha. The venue is also lovely.

There was a big group of us so put on 2 tables. First of all its a good idea tonput kids as much towards the middle area as possible, as thats where the show is.
Traditional turkish dancing show with a bit of modern acrobatics in it this year. Been several years and the show changes every year. Always entertaining though. Food is slightly traditional turkish food too, chicken, chips, rice, wrap and dips with a cheese pastry roll.
Some alchohol included like beer and red and white wine....but not the greatest as you can imagine. We bought a fishbowl this year but alchohol was minimum in that too haha!
Overall it is a fun night tbat lasts until about 11.30pm as a little disco at end so be aware of this with small kids.

Looks good , sounds good but it turns out to be awful.
To start with good points
Dancing is good and enjoyed the local dancers.
Now bad,
Raffle ticket - a load of tat
Food - awful
Wine - fowl
A total shambals
Belly dancer - was a guy and half of the visitors at this stage got up and walked out. People on our table left in total discuss.

This was our second visit to the Kervanseray. Three years ago, when we were staying at the Hotel Marbella, we went with friends.
It was a great evening if a little too long for us. The food was served quickly and was excellent. So we thought it was time to go again. This time however, as we were staying at the Club Evin we decided to give the transport a miss and walk there and back. As said before it is a long night and we thought that this way we could leave at a time to suit us and not have to wait for the coach.
Last time, the food was served as you would expect, a course at a time, one following the other in (not too) quick succession and the entertainment, with the exception of the band, starting only AFTER the desert course.
This time however, after the first (meze) course, which was great, the entertainment started and the main course did not appear for a very long time! It was a small piece of tender chicken and a few (very few) very average frozen chips with a salad garnish. Previously it had been some excellent meatballs in a rich tomato sauce.
The problem for us was that we like to eat early and as we had sat down at 20:00 the main did not arrive until over 1½ hours later. We never saw the desert as we decided to leave at 23:00!
The entertainment before had been nonstop and excellent but this time it was disjointed and very average. The female belly dance was not too bad, young and lithe with obviously augmented breasts. However, she spent as much time, if not more, wandering around collecting money, than she did dancing. During this collection time, a good 15 - 20 minutes the rest of the entertainment was put on hold.
To be honest we were totally bored and if it had not been for the three charming young ladies who shared our table, we would have left sooner.
For someone coming to this presentation for the first time it would, IMO, have been ok but for us it was very below par!
This attraction, which is after all for tourists, needs a complete overhaul!

A very good taste of turkey with food dance and history all in one show you will be amazed at the dance and they do get you up and dancing the only downside was the staff selling raffle tickets some charged more for the tickets with older people and some were short changed so keep a eye on them but all told very good fun

So the whole night cost about £16 including transport from the hotel. The food was okay, I ate all mine but many on my table struggled. Beer was included again it wasn't the best! The main reason for going was the entertainment, and they put on a reasonably decent show.
The biggest gripe was the extras they constantly try and sell . The guy selling raffle tickets got mardy when we refused to buy any, actually his reaction was entertaining in its own little way. A mini childlike sulk in fact. Other then that for £16 I thought it was decent value. Just maybe sneak in a snack or two if you know you are a fussy eater.
I'm glad we did it, but it won't blow you away, but again its not exactly pricey.

Booked the Turkish night through our Thomas Cook rep as it sounded a good night and value for money as the meal, drinks and all entertainment was included for £29, how wrong we were! On arrival you're hassled to have photos taken and buy raffle tickets and when you say no you're greeted with a scowl! The wine was like vinegar and totally undrinkable as was the beer and we ended up buying cocktails at the bar. The food was awful, a basket of dry bread, a Kofta, chips and rice with some sort of dip, totally inedible followed by dry melon. The compere doing the show though he was Michael Flatley doing some weird dance as he served the food, cringe cringe! The dancers were very talented but as we couldn't really follow the story we didn't really know what was going, the acrobats were fantastic and the final belly dancing man was quite a surprise! Then we had to have a public belly dancing competition where four women from the audience were pulled out again so cringey as they found the bustiest, skinniest women to parade around, we couldn't wait for it to be over! Save your money and go for a Kebab and a cocktail!
