It should be scrapped , too many people on the boat , especially during covid , constantly being harassed to buy food and drink , no mention that you can't even bring your own water on board , people smoking all day on the sunbeds next to you , all the stops were rushed .

When I decided to travel to Marmaris and to book various activities, I hesitated a bit when searching for the most amazing travel agency. Well, guess what? I have found it! Marmaris Travel Agency is beyond amazing: 1. Their prices are cheaper than the ones of other agencies / excursions organizers - Once you land in Marmaris, you will realize that. 2. Their staff are so friendly. They will help you every step of the way: change your schedule any time you want, suggest activities based on your preferences, contact you on a daily basis to make sure you are ready to be picked up from your hotel, apologize in case of inconsistencies, and most importantly make you feel as if you have a friend in Marmaris in case you are travelling alone - like I did. 3. Their website is user-friendly. It is extremely easy to go through the activies, book the ones you like on the day you want, and receive a confirmation email. It is worth noting that the payment is submitted once you arrive there. You cannot pay online. I highly recommend "Marmaris Travel Agency". Myself and my partner booked 3 excursions with this Marmaris travel company and requested the option to be collected from our hotel by their transfer company. On the day we arrived I received a message from someone called Gokhan from Marmaris Travel who explained that the transfer minibus didn’t collect from our hotel so we would need to meet at a certain time and place on the day. Myself and my partner didn’t mind paying the extra money for cab as we were extremely excited about going on the Scuba dive trip. The trip itself was without fault and the crew on board as well as the instructors were friendly and welcoming. The day was so good that we left a large tip with them too as a token of appreciation. Unfortunately when myself and my partner returned to the hotel and reconnected to the WiFi I received what I felt was quite a rude and accusatory message from Gokhan who had originally messaged me the information to follow. Gokhan has accused us of not turning up for the day out and was rather blunt and in my opinion quite rude with what he was saying. We assumed he’d messaged the wrong people but before he could read my response message explaining we had attended the excursion and met with the guide as instructed, he has blocked me. I was quite upset and frankly appalled by the manner in which I was messaged and felt really upset that we were being accused of this after having spent such a lovely day on the boat. Had Gokhan simply asked politely we would have been able to explain that there was a clear mix up. As a result of these messages myself and my partner decided to switch to another excursions provider for the remainder of the holiday. …
