Apart from the fact that in the event of extreme heat as there can be in August, it allows a walk in the cool waters of the canyon, that is not of much interest. It's packed with people and what's more we can't even enjoy the waterfall because there are always a bunch of people who like to put themselves on stage to immortalize the moments in various positions while others would just like to enjoy the waterfall with no one around. Furthermore, the waterfall is tiny. Don't forget shoes that go in the water. Otherwise there is always the possibility of renting one (40TL)

Not worth it
Went on a three stop tour this was stop 2, wear old trainers that you don't mind getting soaked. Less than impressive is putting it mild, quote a few steps down to a muddy stream (due to the high volume of people). You will end up at a waterfall, that is about 20 feet high. Food was shocking, ours was pretty paid as part of the trip, it arrived in seconds of us sitting down and was inedible. Reheated oven chips, dry bit of chicken with dry old stale bread. The gorge is OK but don't worry about the waterfall.

We went with my family, while entering Saklikent Canyon, you can leave your car nearby. There are other places, if you leave there, they charge a fee or you have to sit in the place. Of course, the places are classic tourist places. EXPENSIVE... Anyway, my wife and I bought a ticket for 23 TL per person. After buying 23 TL per person, the road takes you to the canyon, where the canyon flows. Just take a picture and the water is ice cold. But don't walk forward from the water, we did nothing, it's a waste of time :)

This review is about the walk and waterfall itself, which was laughably poor. The gorge itself could be magical (an oasis in an otherwise parched landscape) but for the people and the totally underwhelming denouement. Too many overweight and incompetent people trying to make their way up a stream to see a waterfall that would not feature in the top 100 that I have seen, and I’ve seen 101.
Tourists who would have trouble walking down their local high street to go to their nearest chippy or fried chicken shop, complaining about every tiny stone or obstacle in their paths, rather ruined the atmosphere.
No comment on zip lining, but the restaurant food was good and cheap.

Should be visited while there is still water. Do wear sea shoes or sandals and don’t forget to get wet under the waterfall.

There’s space for car parking and it’s 15 TL. If you eat at the restaurant inside, you will have 15 TL discount.

We really enjoyed our trip to Gizlikent.
Approx a mile walk through the ankle to knee deep ice cold water's to reach the beautiful waterfall at the end.
A fab experience and would recommend for people of any age or ability.

We went after Saklıkent. It is not as big and tiring as Saklıkent. Other activities within the facility can also be tried. Also, the food is not as expensive as Saklikent. They say they are assertive about food, but don't expect anything. Food is mediocre like Fethiye in general

After exploring Saklikent park nearby, we came to Gizlikent waterfall. First we did the zipline with our children and then they did the big swing. Both very fun and affordable activities. Then we made our way down the about 300 steps to begin the walk to the waterfall. The "walk" was somewhat difficult through bumpy rocks and water, water shoes are a must and it would be difficult for kids under 5 and the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. The waterfall at the end is beautiful, not a huge one but the water comes down ice cold and is a refreshing end to the trip.

My expectations about this place was "restaurant in nice surroundings near Saklikent canyon", so we came there right after hiking at Saklikent [good, interesting, but too crowded] already full and tired - just to have some food. After lunch [restaurant "on the trees" is amusing - my kids were happy about it, but food was pretty average] we decided to go down to the advertised "waterfall" and found numerous tiny springs falling into the small river. It was nice and beautiful, but far from the definition "waterfall". I was already going back to the car park, but, thanks God, we noticed signpost "Waterfall, 300 meters -->" and tried that way. Well... what can I say? It was the second half of the day, very few people there and it was one of the best nature landscapes I`ve ever seen. Springs are coming into the river almost all the way to the waterfall and as result the place looks like real jungle, raindrop forest - at least I imagine it so - very green, wet and unspoilt. I don`t know why this place is not so touristy as Saklikent, but thankfully it is. It was extraordinary experience and I loved it incomparably more than Saklikent with canyon walls stained with stupid graffiti made of mud...

We found this place, just 10 minutes from the well known Saklikent. This is a hidden gem, it’s absolutely beautiful! Saklikent is really hard to walk, Gizlikent is much better. There is a beautiful waterfall at the end, and the nature around is just so amazing. You can’t miss this place!
