Form the Oludeniz beach we booked a boat transfer to Butterfly Valley, which took about 40 minutes. A very calm boot trip took us to a delightful beach. Since last year, it is also possible to rent diving gear and even get PADI certified. We enjoyed the fresh fish sandwich, drinks and our first dive with instructors. Clear sea with... More

We arrived via a boat tour.....didn't spend a lot of time here, most people stayed near the boat so they could swim in the sea....we ventured into the valley. It comes at a cost....a couple of tl....good place for a ramble, but don't come thinking you will get amazing photos of butterflies in a natural habitat.

Visited whilst on a 6 island boat trip. Slightly isolated and only accessible via boat or foot. Small cove with food and drink available and the means to camp on the beach. There are public toilets also. Really lovely cove!

I have been to butterfly valley many times on the day boat trips and every time I am enchanted by its natural beauty. Its been beautifully preserved and is still a haven for those wanting to escape from life.

You have to pay for entrance, you have to walk a slippery road; no butterflies, no waterfall !! Many people gave up through the road. It is impossible to reach there in one hour, and you have only one hour because of your boat departure.

A must see in summer when the sea is an amazing colour of sky blue. Not too easy to get too. You can take the dolmuş bus and walk down the valley or take a boat tour. Nice for a day trip or there are tree houses and tents to rent for overnight stays. Limited services there though and inflated... More

Very crowded, very hot but worth a look for the spectacular scenery. Unfortunately our boat trip only allowed 30 minutes to explore, so we could only manage to go 10 minutes in & had to turn & return to the boat. There is an enterance fee of 6TL pp, and you will need to note the name of your boat... More

If you are on a boat trip, than don't believe that you will see hundreds of butterflies or a nice waterfall. We haven't see one butterfly and also the waterfall is not worth the name. Stay at the beach till departure, believe me.
