Moonstar tours arranged our Pamukkale/Hierapolis tour and transfers to/from Denizli airport. Muhammet was very helpful and responsive, keeping in contact with me over WhatsApp. We had terrible weather the day we planned to do our tour and he agreed to change it to the next day last minute which was greatly appreciated. Our driver to/from the airport was very professional and drove very carefully. I would really recommend Moonstar when travelling to Pamukkale, very professional company with fair prices.

My boyfriend and I were backpacking in Pamukkale. We arrived in town around 5am. The only open place was the Moonstar agency, Bayram (Sales Manager) was very kind and selflessly helped us with our trip and planning the day in Pammukkale. When he found out that we were walking towards the south gate of the national park (a dark, lonely road without trails), he worried and drives us there (completely free of charge). I believe that such a considerate and honest person deserves the best ... I have no doubt that his tour is excellent and will give you a fair price. Thank you very much Bayram!.

We had fun on our one-day tour with our amazing tour guide Mr. Enver Mutlu. We were able to visit a lot of places in Pammukalee. From hotel pick-up to drop off, buffet lunch is included, ticket for Heirapolis. Over all tour was excellent! And A+++ service was given to us. We do recommend this company.
Till next time again! 🥰

We went to this agency while wondering around the streets of Pamukkale and just went in to enquire about some services such as shuttle to the airport and night bus to Cappadocia. The person greeted us and was quite nice but soo pushy. Now I do understand sales as I myself have been in sales for quite sometime but this person is a firm believer of a hard sale whether it even be by means of scaring the tourists. As soon as we enquired about the overnight bus he started pushing us in buying the tickets immediately as he said there are only 4 seats available in the bus. We were discussing among ourselves as we had to pay in € instead of Liras and this guy kept on hovering above our head like a bee to its hive. Finally we were convinced after several more scare tactics and booked the service for 130liras pp.(which we later found out was available for 100 Liras and there were plenty seats available in other busses as well) Then he started pushing other things such as the green tour, hot air baloon and so on. The price he quoted for the hot air balloon was somewhere close to €180 after discount and he again started his hard sell about how he has 17 balloons, only 5 spots are left and Chinese Lunar New year is gonna be flocked with tourists and we will definitely not get any spots.(all untrue). We were in Cappadocia for 3 nights, seats were available for hot air balloon for each night for as low as €100 pp and there was no flock of tourists like we had been described. Mainly because it was an off peak period in the month of January when tourism is at its lowest in Turkey.

The point being, everyone understands the importance of upselling in a business and every one has a trick up their sleeve for luring customers, my only complain is that atleast don't lie and scare the people just to get 1 sale, because we are all tourists in an unknown country, some more gullible than the other, often times we make decisions in a haste and end up regretting it later, we are there with a limited amount of money and most don't even speak the language, so instead of scaring and cheating people, a bit of honesty in this day and age of digital media would have gone a long way in us making a booking with your for the other services as well.

FYI people, shuttle from the town to Denizli airport is free of cost (if you make some booking with them) and runs from most tour agency offices, don't pay additional money like we were asked to pay (5 lira pp) and always enquire about prices from atleast a couple of places before making your decision (if you wanna save some money).

Stay safe and happy travels

Hello First of all we would like to clarify about very important detail: We are a travel agency so we are not the bus company or the shuttle service company. As you mentioned that you have been in sales so basically we dont work for free and the prices and the availabilty is provided to us from the bus company or the balloon company. Our consultant informed you that the bus that we work with have just 4 seats availables. We dont push people to buy bus tickets this is not our way to work. You can get the bus tickets by yourself and if you buy it from any online platform or travel agency ( MEANS not directly from the bus company) the taxes and the fees will be extra you are working in the same field and you dont know the procesd of sales. This is very interesting !!!! For the ballon company they reduced the prices last minute and the reason is that the chinease customers cancelled their trip to Turkey. Please have a look about the news as you know china does have the new year vacation and every year high number of chinease come to Turkey during those vacation and the main attarction for them is the Hot Air Balloon so since the problem of the coronavirus showed up and 90 % of chinease customers cancelled their vacation. So the balloon company had to reduce the price. This a logic sales system. One last thing, the shuttle from Pamukkale to Denizli is public shuttle it means it is not our shuttle and it is not for free. I guess in your country you use to get every service for free. You are lucky then. We wanted to remind that you were in Turkey. As advice next time when you will write a review be honest and dont attack people. This not a good behaviour of a seller. We wish for you the best. Kind Regards Moonstar Tour

My review published earlier got deleted automatically stating it is not belonging to this business.

But I am repeating here. It is the same business which I had experience as explained below.

Please give your two minutes and read:

As I understood, they are the local agent for Nevsehir Seyahat bus company in Pamukkale.
Their shuttle bus picks you from Denizli bus station. Shuttle bus photos is attached herewith. (Please remember this, it will be useful for you.)
On the way coming to Pamukkale my hotel came on the way and I requested the driver to stop. He refused by stating that he did not understand English. I thought its ok and we might have to walk 200-300 meters extra.
After reaching there, some kind of Sales person named SEHAN took all passengers in his office and started offering tours of Pamukkale immediately without asking whether they want or not.
Same happened with me. My wife's health was not good and I told him that I would come back to you by evening. (FYI - this happened at 6:15am) in the morning. He immediately replied that I know kind of person you are. You will go in the market and check prices , nobody comes back after going from here, if you want book it right now etc etc etc !!!!!! Man, are you running a tourist company or ...... ?
Anyways, then he offered me another deal, shuttle bus to airport. I wanted to leave from there. I just booked it over priced (which I came to know afterwards) and left the place.
Now, I booked day tour from my hotel at 80 TRY as compared to the GREAT SEHAN's 100 TRY. Surprise, it is the same bus and same driver who today welcomed us saying Good Morning, Hello, How are you !!!!!!! (He learnt English in one day only !!!!!!)
Next day for the airport shuttle, again same bus, same driver, again knowing little English.
Hence, I request all travelers travelling by Nevsehir Seyahat that once you reach Pamukkale and your luggage is out from the bus, don't listen to this great person SEHAN and leave that place immediately. All hotels are at walk able distance from there.

We were touted in to do business with them. Mr EKE tried to sell us everything he had. We finally came to an arrangement for him to provide transport for us to Capadocia price and method of payment agreed to. On day of departure insists on payment first where as we agreed to payment to driver on drop off. Bad Service from a big talking SALESMAN.

On August 13.th you came to our office at 9:30 pm. You asked for information about the prviate transfer to Cappadocia. Then you asked for private transfer to Karahayit and you told me that you will pay to the driver. The driver took you to your hotel and you didn't pay. On August 14.th you asked for another private transfer from Karahayit to Pamukkale and told us you will pay to the driver, again you didn't pay. After you visit Pamukkale, you asked for the private transfer to Cappadocia and you told me that you will pay when you arrive there. After you fail to pay for our other services, I had to ask you to pay before you leave from Pamukkale which is not unusual. You responded really rudely. You cannot expect us to go on a 700 km road without getting paid. You changed your mind and we drove you back to your hotel again for free. You didn't pay for any of our services. Because I had to cancel one tour and brought a private driver for you, I lost money. I didn't response your insults. And now you are talking about bad service. Where can you find free transportation for a 700 kms road.

We are an Italian family and we were in holiday in Pamukkale, Turkey. We want to share the terrible and frightening experience we had with this travel agency.

Let's start from the beginning: from Denizli airport to Pamukkale we took a bus that left us and our luggage in front of this travel agency in Pamukkale, a not expected stop. A big man of the agency invited us in the office and tried to organize for us a tour of the Pamukkale and Hierapolis site. His tactic was like hard sell, we had to decide at the moment to accept or not his offer: he assured us that ALL the thinghs drawn on the map of his office were included in the tour, lunch included. At the clear answer if there would be any extra to pay, he answered that he would pay all and that absolutely there was nothing extra to pay. Basing on that we decided to accept the offer.
During the trip we found instead that there were many things for which there was to pay an extra, including the lunch drinks. Anyway, we enjoyed the tour, except for the unnecessary visits in the afternoon at two shops the big man said us nothing about. When we went back to the office to pay, we had the intention to advise the big man that there were some extras to pay and that next time he had to say it on total transparency to the clients. When he heard that, the big man suddenly became very aggressive, shouting that all Italian people wants to do all without paying and that we are all idiots (in front of other frightened travelers). We wanted to pay, the things he said were senseless.
In the middle of the discussion that he produced, the big man picked up a stapler with the intention to hit us for two times, with a guy of the agency that attempted to stop him. Absolutely tremendous, believe me. We went out from the travel agency really shaken, quite all of us crying and frightened. He ruined our day trip.
Despite that we shall to highlight that the guide was well prepared and we really enjoyed the tour. In conclusion, we suggest to take into consideration to use a guide for Pamukkale tour, but absolutely avoid this agency.

I took night bus from Cappadocia to Denizili but somehow, the bus left us and our luggages with this bad manner travel agency. The agency man invite everyone in the bus to his office. Then he pretend to help planing trip but actually try to hardsale. He sale everything everytour no matter we say we don't need it,so annoying. The agency man always say why we can take day tour in Cappadocia but why not in Pamukkale; It's not his business anyway! I think Moonstar tour co with metro bus company to bring customers in their office to increase their sale opportunity. This real bad situation for us because we've booked hotel near Denizili not Pamukkale, made us to find bus in early morning to go to our hotel. So If you have to face something like this just ignore them.

Tips first: (中文在下面)

Pamukkale has three entrances/exits, one js really to the agency company.

Always ask the price first, otherwise you will be asked to pay unexpectedly with crazy price.

I travel with my mom (She doesn’t speak English). We got off from the bus, and a shuttle bus took us to this agency. I was so confused, but the driver seemed to have very limited English “oh, same company. Come, help you.”... anyway, we were dropped off in this agency.

Everything was nice at the beginning, the agent let us book a private car to airport later and send us to the entrance of Pamukkale. He added my WeChat and take my mom’s phone to add his wechat also (my mom is really pretty, and he starred at her. To be honest, in the matter of business, he would not need to add my mom as she doesn’t speak English at all.)

When we came out, we didnt know the way back and planned to take a taxi. But there is no taxi waiting, someone helped us to call a taxi. We’ve waited for more than twenty mins, but still, no taxi has showed up.

I contacted the agent and ask do we need to take taxi or there is other way to go back. He said he could come to pick us, we can pay him. I said “but the people here says the taxi was on its way, shall I wait or just walk out?” He said walked out.

However, like one min later, the taxi came! I immediately text the agent. The taxi driver seemed mad too for unknown reason... We got on the taxi. I received couple pics (drive on road) from the agent, I know he wants the money and I understand.

It was less than 5 mins, we arrived, and the agent was standing in front of the door.

The taxi driver was crazy, he asked for 30 Lira. When we got off from the taxi, the agent told me to pay him 50 lira.

I asked how come (even the crazy taxi driver only asked for 30). He said it was two way service. I said you should tell me first, the ride if not free. It was our last day in Turkey, we didn’t have enough money and was forced to go to ATM. I paid him less than 50 lira and said that’s all I have. He was upset and warned me “you no kidding next time”. I said “ it was you, that’s sad”

Hope you understand how it’s feel when you leave the luggage in the company, and was forced to pay. Btw, the agent’s college was standing next to him, why you angry? Are you fkin kidding me?
