Ismail at Travel Atelier is very honest, considerate, and knowledgeable about his business. Travel Atelier organized for us a private tour in Istanbul and stay at Pera Palace hotel with our daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law. Later just my wife and I flew to Cappadocia (where Ismail was also our guide) and Izmir. In each place our reception at the airport and departure was handled very well. All the guides and drivers were very professional and cars were in excellent condition. Some of our pick up times were very early in the morning (5:30am and 6:30am) but their drivers were there early and cheerful. Their prices were competitive with other tour agencies and we believe that we got a very good value for our money.
Will recommend them without hesitation for any tour planning in Turkey.

We traveled in October to Turkey when Americans were allowed, and had a smooth trip thanks to Orsan! There was an earthquake in Turkey when we were on vacation and he was able to assist us the whole duration of the trip when we had to make some changes to our itinerary. Orsan was super reliable, responsive, professional, and quick to take action at all times. We appreciated the customer service of this travel agency, as we felt he went above and beyond! Highly recommend Travel Atelier for your travel needs. It was a pleasure being abroad and being able to have the best experiences due to Orsan's recommendations. We will be using this travel agency for our next trip to Turkey in the future for other cities.

Tailoring travel itineraries is not just about booking a hotel, tours and transfers, which clearly shows from your comments, we closely monitor everything domesticly and internationally so our guests can enjoy their time with us and feel safe and sound throughout. We love to be available for them should they need any assistance and Orsan clearly knows our business ethics and guests first motto in the office. Hhe is a great travel consultant as he got all his travel experiences in the company and he demonstrates all very well.

My husband and I travelled to Turkey for the first time in September 2022. Our friends highly recommended Orsan at Travel Atelier, a local Turkish travel agency from a previous trip they did a year ago.
I worked with Orsan Dogan, Operations manager who was brilliant! Orsan’s skills in planning, organising and implementing our 7 day trip to Turkey were exceptional. The trip still has us raving about it to family and friends. It has created the most wonderful memories for us both that will last a lifetime. The trip exceeded our expectations and Orsan stood out in the following ways.
Communication/Professionalism:
We communicated by email, Orsan’s writing skills are excellent and he responded quickly, ie within a couple of hours but definitely within 24 hours.
I had multiple questions and they were all answered respectfully and in detail with various options to suit our travel plans.
Trip Itinerary:
Orsan planned our trip paying special attention to our limited time and what was realistic within that time. Our itinerary and departure information was comprehensive at every step with the added confidence that we could call Orsan along the way. In Istanbul we visited Mosques, Museums, Markets, Bosphorus boat trip, caves, Turkish carpet factory, ceramic factory and hot air balloon in Cappadoccia. Our guides were highly skilled and educated in the historical sites that we visited and paid careful attention to our needs and at all times were polite well spoken and were a delight to be with.
Transportation/Drivers:
Our drivers were the best of the best, polite alert and vigilant on the road. The cars were exceptionally clean and excellently maintained. Cold water was provided and we could leave our belongings in the car while sightseeing. Transport was always on time to collect and pick us up.
Hotels:
We stayed at the famous Pera Palace. An beautiful hotel steeped in history. The service was exceptional at all levels and our room was magnificent. In Cappadocia we stayed at the beautiful Kale Konak again the service, amenities, staff and food were first class. At all times Orsan was in the background checking with the hotels that everything was on schedule and met our expectations.
In summary I have no hesitation in recommending Travel Atelier to anyone looking for a bespoke experience in Turkey. The flag ship of this company is Orsan - he is 'awesome'. Thank you for your care, and attention to detail in what has become a memorable trip to Turkey. We cannot wait to return with our adult children for a similar and equally exceptional experience. Thank you for these beautiful memories.

I used this agency for my trip to Turkey in October 2022. I took their assistance only for hotel and domestic flight bookings, airport transfers, and one tour in Cappadocia. This part they did quite well and were accommodating of any change in dates.
However, I do not think they went above and beyond for anything. Most of their tours/activities are very expensive.
On the occasion of my sister's birthday, we were supposed to go on a hot air balloon ride that we booked with the agency, but unfortunately, we could not, due to bad weather. I had to find alternative activities for the day and had to persistently ask them what else we could do. All the options they gave us were extremely expensive including a pottery class for EUR 300 per person! A quick online search gave me a great option for EUR 14 per person. Some proactive action would have been appreciated especially considering we were celebrating a birthday in an unknown place.
The next day we had a private guided tour of Cappadocia. The tour itself was excellent and the guide Ertan was extraordinary. However, he was given a different itinerary from the agency than the one shared with us. We were happy with the tour, but it was not the one promised to us.
There was no further communication from anyone from the agency to check on anything. My recommendation would be to go for this agency only if you are booking all private guided tours with them or if you don't care where your money goes.

We booked our first trip to Turkey to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our anniversary as well. I always contact multiple agencies especially when traveling somewhere for the first time. The first answer from Orsan at Travel Atelier was actually a series of questions to gauge our interests and preferred style of travel. This says it all. They hand-tailored our itinerary and accommodated and changed it based on ongoing requests during our trip. Their vehicles, drivers and guides were also top notch. Nothing bad to say, really. I can recommend travel atelier to anyone going to Turkey.

So so good! Beyhan at the agency was so sweet and accommodating. The airline misplaced our luggage and we missed our connecting international flight due to delays and therefore the domestic flights she had booked. However, she was able to turn our not-so-great start into an amazing trip. She was really quick to manage everything and despite our airline challenges, she made sure we still did everything in the original itinerary. She was in touch with me throughout the trip and was always a call away. Everything went absolutely smoothly. We did pamukkale, ephesus and cappadocia with travel atelier. Special mention to Goncha Yocel, our guide in Pamukkale. She was so much fun and made the entire experience so interesting.

We had a wonderful trip planned through Travel Atelier for 4 couples this Fall, but in light of this years pandemic we had to cancel all of our plans. (Sound familiar?).
Travel Atelier was absolutely amazing in dealing with the refund of our deposits for our tours etc that we had booked. They went above and beyond in dealing with our group in light of all the chaos they were going through at this time. We thank them and are very grateful and should we be able to plan another trip to Turkey in the future we would not hesitate to use Travel Ateleier.

It was a very scary and diffucult period when cancellations were pooring on us but thanks to our established business model and ethics we did not upset any of our gusts booked with us. Found Travel Atelier off the Internet and sent an email which was promptly responded to. Orsan completed the administrative portion of the 2D1N private tour I had booked. He was prompt in his responses and very helpful.
Faruk was an excellent guide, sharing with us nuggets of history and information about the places that we were visiting as well as of Turkey. We wanted to add on horseback riding on the 2nd day of our tour and he arranged that very easily for us.
In all, we had an excellent time from the moment we were picked up from our hotel, to the places we visited in Cappadocia. The food options were also wonderful and we had our fill!
It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Travel Atelier for their efficiency, professionalism and wonderful service. Thank you so much for a memorable private tour from Istanbul to Cappadocia.

with the referral of associates, we connected with Sule for planning our trip to Turkey. She worked with us in customizing our tours in both Istanbul and Cappadocia, arranging our guides, drivers, Private cooking class, hotels and flights for both locations. All of her selected resources were excellent and her communication before and during the trip was exceptional. She was always available for questions and she was always pleasant and professional.

Found this gem on internet search. Their response was quick and professional. Sule Avunduk was our travel advisor and she did a fantastic job. She revised our itinerary according to our needs. All our guides were very professional and knowledgeable. We want to go back and explore the eastern part and we will definitely use them again.
