At Cappadocia a ballon ride is must. It's a surreal experience with 100 of ballon altogether flying at the time of sunrise. The charge is variable between 135€ to 75€. But better buy in advance. Further keep at least two days at Cappadocia as at times the ballon ride is cancelled because of wind and also you can see Goreme, Urgup etc. Better stay at Goreme as it is a central location and near to Goreme open museum..a must for Cappadocia visitors.

This agency is very accommodating! They reply very fast. Took the salt lake tour but better if the driver could also explain something brief about the places and he really took time to find us balloon tour. Even though it was quite expensive (the flight was cancelled the day before) at least he made an effort to find space for us.

Great balloon ride. I'm afraid of heights but felt secure. The team was professional and attentive. We were the only non Turks and the pilot took time to give us instruction after he was done with Turkish instructions. Had fun and took some amazing photos. Worth it.

Fell ill the evening before and asked to move the trip a day or two forward to save for my own safety and the guests on the tour (During covid), received a reply stating Not Refund’. I understand there is terms in place however there should be some consideration for illness especially in the current climate, I asked if I could book again for a day or two later at 50% discount but was also told no. Even if a small refund was remitted as the trip was for two and nearly £400, seems a lot to waste when we didn’t go..
Be careful, use an actual balloon tour company not a booking company (which this is) as the terms will take your money regardless as it seems they make money on top and have to pay who ever they book with.
They have your card details so simply take the rest of the money from your card, banks can’t do anything as it’s considered a booking company with rogue terms they can’t go against!
Also, check their reviews out on google / this first, they are not great. I would have used another firm if I saw them and would have got my money back or a moved date so I’m gutted about that!

Do not use their tours! I would like to complain by the customer services of Cappadocia balloons booking. I saw a promo on their website and asked them for availability. The answer was not according to the published info and I was told stupid because I don't understand what's written on the website.

This agency has been very disappointing on several occasions...
In March I've booked a flight for the end of April. We agree on a price, then they try to raise it because "in April prices go up", though the date of the flight was stated from the very beginning. But that's ok, I reckon in their business they try to make as much money as they can. It's just too bad that didn't work out with me.
Few days before the flight, when weather starts to deteriorate, they message me asking to pay a deposit immediately, even though the agreement was to pay in person the day before the flight. Too bad that doesn't work out either.
On the day before the weather forecast shows snow and strong wind, and my hotel says flights have been cancelled. I message them and their reply is "Your flight confirmed", so I rush to the ATM and then to their office. Only then I find out that Turkish authorities have banned all flights for the day after. And I seriously couldn't stand the way they told me. I went all the way to Cappadocia mostly for the balloon flight, but the guy on the other side of the desk started laughing while he told me that the price we had agreed on was too low to get me a place on the following days, as they were selling for much higher prices now. With a grin he says I should be ready to pay almost double. Meanwhile his colleague is looking in contempt and giggling, and I find that even more infuriating.
So that's how we were told that our trip for the balloon flight wasn't going to have any balloon flight. Just like that, at 10 pm the day before, without any warning or notice, and after they had attempted to get some money from me anyway,
Do yourselves a favour and find a better agency or get in touch directly with balloon companies.

Booked my balloon flight. They took payment and said flight was confirmed. Called the night before and the guy says his in Greece and he didn't do my booking. He ruined a lifelong dream. I saved money for years to be able to do this. Won't be able to come again. Please don't ever book with this company

Five stars for the hotel pickup and organising ballon ride with a competitive price. The agency doesn’t manage a flying crew, instead they used a “network” to secure us the spots with one of the big flying company. But they do arrange the hotel pick up to and that was very well organised. They gave me a Whatsapp message the night before to confirm the pick up time. I stayed in Ortahisar and had to move hotel, but the driver arrived exactly on the agreed time (having my hotel staff spoke to them on the phone really helped). The agency may trade in different names, the physical store we visited is called Voyager Agency and that’s the agency name on the receipt as well. Unsure why this is the case, but hey I paid less and had wonderful experience, that’s a win-win and we should give this agency a chance!

I had a dream for my Birthday - to fly in the sky by baloon. So with help of this agency I made my dream come true! One hour flying above the indescribable and beautifull landscapes of magical place - Capadoccia. Clear blue sky -I saw sunrise from the balloon and we saw the Love Valley! Pilot from Universal baloon was proffessional who good knowing his job. After landed we had a little celebration with shampane and medal for flight!
Good to have a fotocamera, and warm jacket with you.
There were some noisy and mad "selfie" tourists whithout stop disturbing others with their sticks, and asking to give them space for pictures - would be better dont let anyone to shift you from place during all journey.
Akiko from Voyager is very responsible and helpfull - early morning she texting me - to be sure what bus pick me up from hotel. I thankful to her as well that my trip was including the hammam - amazing relaxing time in turkish bath in the evening! In Voyajer is very friendly stuff,very recommended!

The balloon ride was a bucket list over some of the most unusual and scenic geography I have ever seen. The balloon pilot was extremely capable landing the balloon on the trailer. The cost of $169 PP U S was worth every Penny.
