It was amazing. A must visited site specially for those who are familiar with and interested to Islamic mysticism.
In a small town, visiting such a beautiful and well designed and informative site and museum was interesting.
I also recommend visiting archaeological museum.
The hacibektas can be reached by the minibuses departed hourly from Nevsehir city center for 7 TL.

This is a holy place for Bektashi order. If this doesn't mean anything to you, then the place may not be too interesting. However, if you are traveling to Cappadocia, it's just 45 minutes away. It may as well worth the trip. The museum is free, there's a 4-lra parking fee. There are a bunch of gift shops near and a very nice meatball place called Can Baba.

Visiting this museum complex was truly a special experience. Please read about the history and thoughts of this leader of the Bektasi order before you visit as it will give you a better feeling for the museum. This tranquil complex is beautiful and the displays in the various rooms gives an insight of how the order lived and functioned. One building also contains the mausoleum of Haci Bektas Veli. The rose garden is lovely and look out for the 700 year old mulberry tree propped up by wooden posts. displays are in English and entrance was free when we visited. Open from 08h00 - 17h00. From Nevsehir we took the minibus for the 50 minute ride and busses leaves every hour and will drop you at the complex in the centre of Haci Bektas. Can highly recommend a visit.

Give education to women,
Control on your tongue, hands and waist,
The greatest book to read is man himself,
Honesty is the door of a friend,
Being a teacher is to give, not to take,
The universe is for man, and man for the universe,
Science illuminates the paths of truth,
We travel in the way of science, comprehension and human love,
Clean where you’ve settled and deserve the money you’ve made,
Let’s be one, be big and energetic,
Don’t hurt anyone, even though you’ve been hurt,
Don’t ask anyone for anything that would be difficult for you to do,
Don’t blame any nation or individual,
Blessed are those who illuminate the darkness of thought,
Keep on searching, and you’ll find,
The beauty of the face consists of the words you speak,
Don’t forget that even your enemy is human,
The biggest God-given miracle is work,
In the language of friendly conversation, you can’t discriminate between man and woman,
Everything God has created is in order,
To us, there’s no difference between man and woman,
If you think there is, you’re mistaken.
His thoughts are based on human love and human existence. This vision is similar to the 1948 Charter on Human Rights. His thoughts were also shared by M. Kemal Atatürk 600 years later, and the Turkish Republic was built on the principles of secularism, democracy and respect for human rights. His thoughts are still alive and still lighten the way for many people.

Great opportunity to visit a very different type of attraction in the Cappadocia Region. That said, it is not a typical tourist attraction and falls more into the category of pilgrimage. That said, there is a museum and the tomb of Haci Bektas is not the only thing there. Again, that said, there are a lot of Turkish families visit with the odd overseas visitors. A good and worthwile trip to an individual revered by Muslims far and near. A good idea for any Western visitors would be to wear appropriate clothing.

I keep thinking about the architecture of the place, and how it reflects the spiritual journey of the Sufi. I've made it a personal mission to visit as many of the great spiritual or religious sites of the globe that I can muster before I die, and I would certainly rank this one in the top ten. On the surface, it looks like a rather ordinary, slightly worn museum, but look beneath the surface!
