No words can fully describe the amazing experience that a balloon flight in capadócia is. But just a couple of words about our experience with butterfly balloons: it’s pricey, but the baskets are not full of people (max: 16) and all the organization is perfect. Pick up at the hotel, check in, meet the pilots, safety briefing, and then the flight. We went with Fatih, the pilot, he was friendly, funny and made all the group feel safe. The flight lasted for 1h10 - great! We went 1300m high and then went on fling close to the ground to pigeon valley and Goreme. Beautiful and wow flight. We were picked up by very friendly staff, then helped to take the air out of the ballon (nice photo opportunity). The pilot took some pictures, that they sell (in a flash drive) and deliver to the hotel (we were charged 200TL). Overall amazing and great pilot!

Absolutely a must do in cappadocia.. the company is well organized, everything wants absolutely fine. We had a flight in a small group, which is more expensive but definitely worth it. You can enjoy every moment at his maximum. Also our pilot Mehmet was very friendly and a real master of his job. Always again!!

This was such an incredibly experience! Our Henna hotel recommended this company and we didn't regret any minute. We had a pick up at 5am, brought for a light breakfast and went to balloon ride. Around 6:15am we were in the air. Our pilot Gokhan was the best pilot ever! He was so nice, funny and knowledgeble. Before we took off he gave us a breaffing and explained the instructions. During the flight he was talking about the area and showed us around the Cappadocia. We felt we are in good hands with him. On the end of the ride we've all celebrated with a glass of champagne and got a medal and diploma we successfully finished our balloon ride. Truly an amazing experience and if planning to ride a balloon in Cappadocia, definitely go with Butterfly company and ask for pilot Gokhan!👌

This company is incredibly honest and reasonable. When we arrived in town our hotel told us that the weather changes a lot and sometimes the balloons cannot fly. We had reserved an extended 90 minute balloon trip for two days later. We went by the Butterfly office and they could not put us on the same trip on a sooner day so that we had more chances at good weather. But they had space on a 60-minute trip and offered to let us fly on that for free, to make sure we got to go. We took this flight and it was awesome. As it turned out the weather didn't allow our longer flight to go two days later. Butterfly refunded all of our money without any problems. This company deserves its great reputation and the flights are awesome. Use them.

Really a must do in your trip to kapadokia. Amazing views! All started with a pickup at the hotel at 5:00, then breakfast at the office and then jumped into the transfers heading to the take off. Very nice view of more than 150 balloons, and then jump into the balloon. Altough the max capacity is 20 they take around 16 to make it more confortable and safe. Our pilot was Ziya, a very friendly and experienced guy with more than 14 years of practice. You can really tell when he goes through the valley canyons. Everything ended with a champagne after a whole hour in the air, and we all received medals and a personalized diploma. Aditionally, we got the video of the whole trip for 20 euro with a nice usb drive. Really don't miss the experience.
