With Kadhir we started from the hotel and went to a valley where we got our selves a click on the edge, then I bought myself a cowboy shawl (I have forgotten the name of the type of dress), then we went to the a monastery city build in 200 to 300 A.D, full of many churches and wall paintings of Jesus, Mother Mary, Fathers and the civilization.
After that we went to the love valley which was kinda orange-pinkish in gradient where we had a taste of cooked wine. We ended up with paying a visit at the traditional ceramic art workshop where I bought two family tree ceramic art frame, one for my parents and one for my in-laws.
Next day, we went to the ancient underground city built like an ant colony, so deep that only 10% of the total city is accessible now, and it still goes pretty dam deep. Coming out from there we went to the mysterious mushroom rock site at dawn, I went in there alone and called my brother and parents, it was quite there, and many friends too.
Then we went to another mushroom rocks site where we learnt how the rocks have formed. The Cappadocia region is within three volcanos the lava sediments of which cooled down overtime and eroded, giving rise to mushroom mountains and rocks. The ancient monasteries, caves and churches shows the rich history of the spread of Christianity at the time of Roman Empire in those rocks and mountains. From there, we went back to the hotel where me, my wife and Khadhir had a wine together.
The moment which went by would remain
If not the memory then in name
If not name, then in rain
Thanks Khadhir and our Charioteers
