For my wife’s 40th birthday, our group of 21 pax (ages 9 to 72) traveled from USA and the Philippines to explore the beautiful country of Türkiye. We wanted to stay at Sultan Cave Suites in Cappadocia because of its amazing rooftop view, so we arranged a custom tour of Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, and Pamukkale with Kelebek Travel - and they were AWESOME! Communication via WhatsApp was the fastest way to send messages, but we started our inquiry via email. Kudos to Ismail and Emre, our travel agents, for a job well done! Special shoutout to Tugba, our tour guide in Cappadocia, for the excellent service! Google Translate was very helpful while communicating with the locals. Overall, we had amazing experience with Kelebek Travel and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

With Kadhir we started from the hotel and went to a valley where we got our selves a click on the edge, then I bought myself a cowboy shawl (I have forgotten the name of the type of dress), then we went to the a monastery city build in 200 to 300 A.D, full of many churches and wall paintings of Jesus, Mother Mary, Fathers and the civilization.

After that we went to the love valley which was kinda orange-pinkish in gradient where we had a taste of cooked wine. We ended up with paying a visit at the traditional ceramic art workshop where I bought two family tree ceramic art frame, one for my parents and one for my in-laws.

Next day, we went to the ancient underground city built like an ant colony, so deep that only 10% of the total city is accessible now, and it still goes pretty dam deep. Coming out from there we went to the mysterious mushroom rock site at dawn, I went in there alone and called my brother and parents, it was quite there, and many friends too.

Then we went to another mushroom rocks site where we learnt how the rocks have formed. The Cappadocia region is within three volcanos the lava sediments of which cooled down overtime and eroded, giving rise to mushroom mountains and rocks. The ancient monasteries, caves and churches shows the rich history of the spread of Christianity at the time of Roman Empire in those rocks and mountains. From there, we went back to the hotel where me, my wife and Khadhir had a wine together.

The moment which went by would remain
If not the memory then in name
If not name, then in rain

Thanks Khadhir and our Charioteers

We only had a short amount of time to explore this beautiful part of the world, and Yusuf was extremely helpful giving advice on how we could see everything we wanted. We ended up getting a great deal on a private tour so we could visit elements of both the standard Green and Red tours. It was worth every penny! Our guide Tugba was fantastic! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about all of the wonderful sites we visited. She was also very patient answering all of my family's questions, and took beautiful photos for us throughout the day. Lunch at the organic farm was phenomenal, and my boys will never forget their adventures in the cave villages and underground city. Thank you Kelebeck Travel!

We took a private tour of Capadoccia with our wonderful guide Tugba. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We are 2 adults with 2 teenage daughters. Tugba took us all over the region and shared thoughtful insights of the history throughout the day. She adjusted to our preferences and we created a terrific itinerary together including 8 different stops! The underground city and the Open air museum stood out as our favorites. Thank you Tugba for a wonderful experience in Capadoccia!

Cappadocia is best explored through guided tours in my opinion. There is a subtle yet Rich culture associated with each province which given the limited time (2 days) we had to explore we weren't sure how will we be able to make the most of. We were made aware of the Red tour by our hotel and to our luck, we had a wonderful guide by then name of Ali assigned to us in a group of 9. We spent good part of the day exploring key valleys and museums in goreme and neighboring areas much to our satisfaction both in terms of time spent at each location and the information provided by Ali.

Our lunch was included in the package and needless to say, it was one of the best, home cooked, wholesome meals I have had.

I recommend this tour to anyone looking to make the most of their stay here in Goreme. And recommend taking the tour with Ali.

Outstanding Private Blue Tour with Tugba!

We stayed at Kelebek Cave Hotel and upon their recommendation, we did a private Blue tour with Tugba. She was so amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. We had the best time with her! It was a full day, touring underground city, Roman mosaics and other beautiful areas of Cappadocia. Included a beautiful lunch in a garden at a local restaurant. For about $87 USD + tip it was well worth it!

Highly recommend a private tour with her!

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful day with our private tour guide, Tugba. Tugba, originally from Istanbul and now living with her Goreme-born husband, was fantastic. She was very cool, super friendly, highly educated about the region and it's history, and extremely attentive to our needs. She was able to quickly assess our pace, energy level, and needs very discretely (which is a hard skill to master). She could tell when we were running low on energy and required a break for refreshments or trip to the bathroom, all without uttering a word. We got to see everything we wanted to and more, all while sticking to our schedule to safely make it back to the airport in time for our evening flight. I highly recommend Tugba as your tour guide as she is very knowledgeable with Cappadocia's history and it's highlights. THANK YOU, Tugba!

We booked with them three experiences: two full day tours Green and Red itinerary, and also balloon flight. We had a great experience all the way from the booking our tours via Kelebek Special Cave Hotel ( one owner) throughout all the experiences till the very end. Our tour guide, Tugba, an extremely knowledgeable lady about the history of the region and many cultural traditions that lived in this area, to geology related to the rocks formations. We defiantly will book other experiences with them when we return to this stunningly beautiful and intriguing region of Kapadokya.

We were unsure of where to hike in the first place and Tugba offered us various hiking options based on her experience. She was really informative of different attractions around and was steadfast in informing our driver to move off to the location upon deciding the options available in the vehicle.Along the way, she ad introduced us the places and the history behind it, whilst looking out for photogenic spots available and offering to take picture for us. The tour did not feel tiring at all as we chatted and walked along the way. Would highly recommend them to travellers who have tighly packed schedule or looking for options to spend your stay in Cappadocia. They were also able to customize the tour to suit the timeline we has. Really appreciated and enjoyable trip with them

My family and I went to Cappadocia and hired Kelebek travel for a one day tour and explored the main sites of the area. Tuğba was our guide and she was amazing. She was very patient (we were a big family of 16) and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company and specially the guidance of Tuğba.
