Our experience during the flight was very amazing. The organization was excellent. Nothing afraid of. Not cold. Thank you!

We as an older couple booked this balloon company at the last minute through our private guide. We had a great time in the balloon ride and our balloon pilot (Hilal/ Haluk / Hilak- really sorry if misspelled name) was gentle, polite and wonderful. We had a really bad/ nasty experience with the driver ( stout guy with sunglasses) that drove us back to our hotel ( Cave Life hotel) who was very rude and crude with us during the drive. As I had recent surgery for a torn ACL ligament I couldn’t climb up the balloon and that same driver was irritated and with me, although other crew members helped me onto the balloon basket and some polite young crew members helped me out of the basket at the end. We requested the driver crew member to take a photo of us in the balloon as he had just done that for another young turkish couple and the driver gave us a nasty look and told someone else to help us take a photo. The driver was impatient and rude with us on our way back to the hotel although talking with the turkish couple amicably in the truck. The driver acted like he was paying us for the balloon ride- really poor customer service- very disappointing and left a bad taste and experience with the balloon ride experience. We are graciously asking Anatolian balloon company to train all their workers on proper etiquette and customer service. We are frequent world travelers and were surprised with this balloon ride experience especially after seeing the great reviews on the Anatolian balloon site. Trusting the company will try their best to make sure this experience doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Hello Jan :) So guys you gotta try this experience. Its breathtaking! Your soul is flying while your body is standing still . And of course, the pilot is very important also! Why? Because he can make you comfortable with jokes , laughs and care while your vision is amplified by all that beauty! Way to go Jan! Keep in touch!

We went with this company through our hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful. Transport and something to eat/drink before start. Bottle of fizz and celebration afterwards. Really happy to take pictures for us, and great customer service and good English. The operator made us feel safe and couldn't fault the team enough. As for the balloon ride it's self, it was truely breathtaking, you have to do it! Getting to see all the other balloons around you and the amazing landscape of cappadocia, please take a moment to put the camera down and really take it in because it's beautiful and a once in a life time experience. Well worth the money. Very peaceful and romantic and the best experience probably of my life. Overall can't fault Anatolian balloons and would use again.
