The extensive tour packages and itineraries that we offer is the culmination of a journey which started in 1989 with the opening of Anzac House in Cannakale.We soon realised the need for a local travel agency to work in conjunction with Anzac House and in 1990 Hassle Free Travel Agency was born. We have just completed Gallipoli Tour with Hassle Travel Agency. It was a one day tour had been guided by Abdurrahim Boz. Both the company and our guide were very professional, starting from the first contact we have been informed about all the necessary details about the day of the tour. Mr. Boz has a depth knowledge of the history of the Peninsula and about the Battle. He has informed us about the details not only the Turkish part as we are a Turkish Family but also ANZAC’s part with the parts from the diaries, letters that has been sent to the families. Very sensitive and touchy moments we have lived , we prayed without feeling any concern for nations and religion for all people who gave fight in that Peninsula.
As Ataturk said;
‘Those heroes that shed their blood and lost their lives. You are now lying in the soil of a friendly country. Therefore rest in peace. There is no difference between the Johnnies and the Mehmets to us where they lie side by side here in this country of ours. You, the mothers who sent their sons from faraway countries, wipe away your tears; your sons are now lying in our bosom and are in peace. After having lost their lives on this land they have become our sons as well.’
We have feeled those words under our skin with the stories and memories from Mr. Boz. We highly recommend Hassle Travel Agency and Mr. Boz as a tour guide.

We had a full day Gallipoli tour. You definitely benefit from having a guide, the trip wouldn’t have been the same without the background and stories that Apo, our tour guide gave us. Apo was very informative and knowledgeable. We also had a nice three course lunch included. We opted for a full day, which after we booked thought it may be too long, it was a long day but it just flew by and so glad we did it. We would definitely recommend Apo.

Hassle Free was able to arrange a driver and guide for private tours of Gallipoli on short notice which met my special interests. They were knowledgeable and friendly and willing to change their schedule to accommodate mine. The office staff went to great lengths to see that all went well. When I had an unfortunate personal problem in my travels, one of the office staff (HA) went out of her way and went to great lengths to assist me in getting it resolved. Could not have asked for more.

We were part of On the Go Tours, this part was done thru Hassle free tours. Our tour guide - Ercan Yavuz was Amazing and I would highly recommend. Very very knowledgeable and willing to share, after all our questions. Troy exceeded expectations and Gallipoli, this was my 2nd time here and it is still overwhelming how many lives we're lost.

Hanifi and his team booked our holiday in 2019. They had to re-book and re-book again. They are really exceptional. The guides they use are knowledgeable, entertaining and very punctual. Our trip was the best I have ever had, and I give Hassle Free the credit for it!

If you really want to experience all that Gallipoli has to offer you really must do the 2 day (overnight) Gallipoli Plus Tour, which is a first class tour. The trip from Istanbul is approximately 5 hours each way by bus however the Guides certainly make it a memorable trip. Our first day of the trip included Anzac Cove; the Turkish, NZ and Australian War Cemeteries including the Lone Pine Cemetery, the Beach Cemetery; walking through the Anzacs and Turkish trenches. Our overnight stay was at a 5 star plus Hotel (absolutely stunning!!) and then onto the second day which included visiting Troy and seeing remnants of the 9 cities that were built on top of each other. Our second day also included visiting the Presentation Centre - NOW THIS IS A MUST!! You go through a 3D Simulation Theatre which takes you through the war with film; sound and even movement. So overwhelming and so realistic.
Our lunch was included on the day trips and was extremely tasty and more than enough. THIS IS A MUST TOUR for any Australian or New Zealander who visits Turkey. Very emotional, stunning and an inspiring trip that we all need to see.

These guys sucked and made us feel guilty for NOT shopping on UNSCHEDULED stops (i.e. not on our itinerary). We hired this "Hassle Free" company for a private tour and felt like their goal was to milk every last TL from us. Just Horrible!

This review is not very helpful , on our troy and gallipoli tours we do not have any stop for shoping sinc the company started business.

Albeit being picked up from our hotel at 6.30am very bleary eyed and not returning until 11.30pm that evening the guided tour we did was worth every penny. Incredibly moving day with the guide (sorry forgot his name!) from Hassle Free Tours seeming to have genuine interest and fascination with the topic. My only criticism would be the food at the lunch stop is pretty bland so definitely think about taking some of your own snacks for the journey.

i travelled on this tour with Hassle Free, an aptly named tour company. I was picked up in Istanbul promptly at 6.30 am and returned at 11.30 pm. The tour guide and driver were both excellent, the tour guide, can't remember his name, sorry, gave us an informative balanced account of the battles on the peninsula. It was good to hear about the battles from the Turkish point of view.
The food during the journey was satisfying, all of the amenities at the stops with Hassle Free were clean. There were 4 in the group, 2 New Zealanders, 1 Aussie, 1 Canadian. The driver and guide were Turks so we had a well balanced group. Gallipoli is a must destination for NZ and Aussie travellers and I would recommend going with Hassle Free tours and remembering to take your water bottle and an umbrella.

We toured Gallipoli with Hassle Free tours booked through Magic Valley travel in Istanbul and it was all done so well . Our Guide was full of knowledge and we learnt so much about the whole very sad time . Our guide explained it all and why it was the last gentle mans war . After Gallipoli we then went on to travel down the west coast on and off some Greek Islands and stunning places in Turkey all easy and special.

Hi, Does anyone know of a tour company/transport service for Anzac Day from Cannakale? We will be docked at the Marina there. The tours online all seem to depart from Istanbul. Thanks in advance!
