After collecting us from the airport and delivering us to our door, they were at the end of a telephone for anything we needed. My elderly parents were arriving on a cruise with a short stop off in Kusadasi. They were met and taken care of with an excursion to Ephesus and House of the Virgin Mary. They arranged a wheel chair for my mother as she was finding the walk a little hard. They told us the guide provided was amazing and was the best excursion they can remember. We met them at a restaurant and had a lovely meal. My parents were then taken back to the ship.
They have recommended we go to Istanbul when we are next over (September) and will arrange flights and accommodation for us. They guaranteed that we wouldn't find cheaper flights.
When we were due to leave they contacted us to confirm flights and time of leaving. Again a great journey in a new clean vehicle.
Will use them again and again and have passed the details to my sons and daughter for when they come over.

My husband and I visited Kusadasi on a cruise. Instead of using the cruiseline's excursion, we booked a private tour with English guide through this company (aka Ephesus Taxi). They said we would take an air conditioned car with an English speaking guide to all the attractions we wanted to see : Virgin Mary's House, Ephesus, and Temple of Artemus. The price was less than half of what the cruiseline wanted for a similar tour with 50 other people! We were not disappointed!! A lady was waiting for us just off the ship with my name on a sign, she walked us to our car and guide. We had a driver and a guide, who spoke English clearly! It was wonderful! Ephesus was amazing (better than Athens)!! The guide did take us to a place where rugs and pottery are made. Of course, they tried to sell to us but they were not pushy when we said no. It was neat to see how the rugs and pottery were made, so we were glad for the short stop. We also had a local lunch included in the price! When we spoke to others who had done the cruiseline's excursion, they were disappointed. They had a buffet lunch in a hotel and felt crowded with the big group. They were very jealous of our experience! This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you use this company!
