Amazing Two Week Private Tour With Turkey Tours!

My husband and I just got back from a 17 day private tour of Turkey which was curated for us by Turkey Tours. We had an incredible time and I can't say enough about the professionalism of all the guides as well as the wonderful service we received from our coordinator Serkan. When you factor in the relatively low cost of the trip, this was an outstanding experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering taking a tour in Turkey.

I worked with Serkan for a number of weeks prior to the trip to identify an itinerary that fit our needs. We stayed in Istanbul for four nights, traveled to Izmir to see Ephaseus and Pamukkale, then off to Cappadocia for three nights and Antalya for another three and then back to Istanbul then home.

I had certain hotels I wanted to stay in and in other places Serkan made recommendations. He was happy to work with us so that I could use hotel points and stay at places like the Pera Palace that I had my heart set on staying. He made recommendations for hotels in other places that were great. We particularly enjoyed the Mithra Cave Hotel in Cappadocia.

The level of attention to detail was incredible. We had four interior flights and Serkan was texting us as we landed to confirm the flight went well and to make sure we knew how to meet up with our drivers at the airport. We had different guides in each city and each one of them were exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. We were never kept waiting and each day was carefully planned and enjoyable. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and they surprised with a cake and made sure we had wine in our room at the hotel. Such a nice touch!

We traveled last year to Egypt with Kensington Tours and received the same level of service for more than three times the cost. I was initially nervous booking such a big trip with a company I found on the internet and whose pricing was so competitive but my trepidation went away when I was working with Serkan to nail down the itinerary. He was so responsive and helpful. Once we landed and began the trip I knew I had made an outstanding choice in going with Turkey Tours.

Very memorable experience

We (my wife and I) booked a customised itinerary with Turkey Tour Company, spanning Istanbul, Cappadocia and Ephesus (from Bodrum).

We were 100% satisfied. Serkan (owner of Turkey Tour Company) was very responsive and helpful in the run-up to the trip.

The guides (sercan in Istanbul, Sabiha
in Cappadocia, Yesra in Ephesus) in each location were polite, knowledgeable, and very forthcoming/service-oriented throughout, turning our Turkey holiday into a truly memorable experience which we're grateful for.

The pricing was surely fair.

Will certainly engage Turkey Tour Company again on our next trip to this beautiful country.

Touring Beautiful Istanbul

Our small group of four decided to spend four nights in Istanbul taking advantage of Eid holiday. We contacted Turkey Tours Company after reading good reviews. Serkan replied us immediately and suggested a private tour of Istanbul. We were initially apprehensive to travel to Turkey as the country just imposed a national lockdown although tourists were exempted. Serkan prepared a 3-day itinerary for sightseeing in Istanbul. He assigned Yuksel (aka Joseph) as our guide during those three days.

We were glad to still proceeded with our trip. We really enjoyed our time in Istanbul. It is such a beautiful city and the weather was so nice in May. We were glad to have have Yuksel. He was proud and so passionate with his country. Many places of interest for tourists remained open except the Grand Bazaar. We visited the Dolmahbahce Palace, Suleymania Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, Ortakoy, Uskudar, and many others. The country is rich of history and we learned a lot from Yuksel, about the Ottoman Empire, Turkish culture and cuisine. He took us to Koskeroglu, a baklava shop popular among locals, and to Hazer Baba, a lokum shop, they were absolutely delicious. Througout our time in Istanbul, Serkan kept contact with us to make sure we were doing fine and enjoying our trip.

There are so many things to see and learn in this big country. We will not hesitate to use Turkey Tours Company's services again the next time we visit Turkey.

The BEST!

We had the best time in Turkey because of Turkey Tours Company. Serkan patiently helped us carve out a great two week itinerary and went on to organise the tour meticulously. All the guides he selected were knowledgeable, caring and a great fit for us. The vehicles were all extremely comfortable and the drivers pleasant. We didn’t encounter any issues or inconveniences during the tour, it was planned so well. Serkan was great at communicating and he even checked in on us every day to ensure things were going smoothly. Can’t recommend this company enough!!

I specifically wanted South East Turkey tours with specific visits and I was glad to have come across turkeyephesis tours on Instagram. They chose very knowledgeable guides and very good hotels who not only answered all my questions but were willing to go the extra mile. Long tour was of 6days and then two 1day tours in different parts of Turkey. Matin was very knowledgeable about South East Turkey and showed me all the historical and heritage the area had to offer and Tour company kept calling and checking up on the guide and I which I really appreciated being a solo female Muslim traveller . I felt safe and in good hands during all the 3tours.Not only history and culture but gastronomy and photography,view points,hiking and other adventures were also involved that made this custom made private experience very memorable. I would highly recommend them for those who want quality travel and not just tourism.

Outstanding trip to Turkey

The Turkey Tour company owned and operated by Bergen Travel Agency did an outstanding job planning and supporting our recent trip to Turkey. The trip was booked last minute (three weeks before we departed) after another company canceled our Egypt tour. As it turned out, our trip could not have been better if we planned it 10 months in advance. Serkan, our local contact, was very responsive day and night. He frequently contacted me on WhatsApp, to make sure that everything was going well. Our guides and drivers throughout the trip were excellent and reliable. When one of our flights could not land in Cappadocia because of weather, he was immediately on the phone with me to rearrange our travel (guides, drivers, and rebooked a flight back to Istanbul), so that we had enough time to see everything that was planned. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Highly recommended Kusadasi branch

Visited the Kusadasi branch with my wife and 2 year old daughter. We ended up booking a dolphin show for the next day. On the day, we unfortunately took a dolmus instead of the tour bus and didn't arrive at the destination. One quick call to these guys and they quickly drove to our location in their personal vehicle and escorted us to the correct location where we enjoyed a fantastic dolphin show at Adaland. We then booked a boat tour with them which also went swimmingly. Highly recommended and decent prices.

If you are visiting Turkey you need to use this company. From before I left for Istanbul to now the day I leave Istanbul (12 days later) this company has done nothing but make my experience amazing. I used them for tours and airport transfers, though their services offer so much more. My point of contact was Serkan, though we never met face to face he was in constant contact making sure we were happy and satisfied with our experiences along the way. Even when our flight plans changed without question he accommodated the new times. Everything from beginning to end was perfect, stress free and all at extremely reasonable prices. Basma also has been absolutely amazing, with finding tours we wanted to do with only 2 days notice. Service is impeccable. 100% would recommend to anyone. Thank you for making Turkey an amazing experience

Best Tour Company in Turkey

Turkey Tours Company is by far not only the best company I dealt with in Turkey, but the best travel company I have dealt with! Serkan, the CEO, accommodated all my transfers and time in Istanbul. His team is so hospitable and they genuinely care about their clients. They went above and beyond with helping me with my transfers, hotels, accommodations, and having a wonderful time in Turkey. I will definitely work with them again next time I’m in Turkey and recommended the same for all my friends & family.

Memorable tour of cities of Turkey

My friend and I visited Turkey from 13 Sept to 27th Sept 2023 - My trip was perfectly planned by Omar Jhan from Turkey Tours. If it was not for Omar I would not have had such a perfect experience - From Istanbul, we visited Capadochia, Antalya, Pamakule, Kussadasi and Ephesus; Omar had arranged all our flights, sightseeing trips which included lunch, transfers and our stay in Istanbul. I would recommend Omar of Turkey Tours to anyone going to Turkey as he is someone you can rely on.
I will definitely come back to Turkey and will book with Turkey Tours to see other parts of the country. Thank you Omar
