Be aware!!! They will tell you that you’re super sick and need additional massage service (1 hr - $50). if you refuse your massage therapist will simply stop doing proper massage that you paid for.
It’s sad that after a year of COVID and no tourism Turkish service people do not appreciate and value foreign tourists… Waste of time and money.

We booked the spa through our tour, we were looking forward to it, we reported at the reception, very overcrowded and under staffed. We didn’t have any guidance, no information, handed out towels and told to wait while people were using all the facilities available, the waiting time is included in you time. Did not seem to bother or care about customer concerns, everyone was wondering around not knowing what to do. Staff were rushing people in and out of Hamam and msg rooms.

It seemed like military style, not a relaxing space. it was the worst day of our holiday. The Hamam was was full of men, so didn’t feel comfortable going in. I have end up doing the massage and the fish pedicure.really enjoyed the Indonesian lady kindness, attentiveness and her msg.

The place looks beautiful but badly managed and organized.

Booked through Thomas Cook. Cost £30 each. Included pick up and drop off from hotel, fish pedicure, salt scrub, mud body mask, traditional Turkish Bath and body peel followed by aloe Vera body massage and mud face mask. Whole experience lasted 3+ hours. Much better value than at own hotel, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing start to their holiday.

Be prepared to get conned and ripped off at this German owned Hammam. The heavy massage sales pitch only becomes apparent when you get the final bill, in EUROS !!??? Not Turkish lira !??? You have been warned !?!!

If you do anything whilst in Turkey, do this. Was an amazing experience, would have gone back if had the time. Beautiful facilities and great treatments. Only downfall was the communication, not sure if this was due to language barrier, but sometimes wasn't made clear where to go next. Paid £35 per person, would have definitely paid £50 for detox package.

Loved this place. We had 5 separate treatments and all were great, I experienced a fish spa which was a first for me followed by a salt rub then mud bath the Turkish hamman, which was great followed by hot stone massage. Truly pampered. Staff very friendly and helpful. We spent full day as after all treatments we went swimming in pool. A memorable day for all the right reasons

We go to this place from Peninsula Tour. We pay 50 euro for two adults and one 6 year child. The personell is ok, and we spent a fine 4 hours in that place but we have to pay another 100 Euro for special massage

Amazing spa with lovely male assistants/managers who were really kind, especially to my daughter when she developed a migraine.

Our massages were wonderful, a kind massage young man was concerned re my health and was so hard, but gentle as well.

My daughter who is 14 was given to only certain therapists, to maintain her dignity. My daughter didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time. My daughter almost fell asleep. Thank you to these kind therapists, they work so very hard and are very experienced.

Recommend the Aloe Vera treatment. It’s sincerely the best. The fish were funny nibbling your feet before treatments. Lovely pool as well for after your treatment. We had fabulous fun with mud, then a mud bath! Hilarious. Photos were only 4€ so advise to get them done,
Well worth it.

Good refreshments If needed. Recommend the waffles, ice cream and fruit-daughter loved it and natural smoothies.

Very quiet and relaxed throughout.

Only grumbles are the sun loungers
Outside need a clean. Two female attendants I felt talked about me behind my back when I asked them a question, about what happens next. One especially wasn’t as friendly. She seemed to be standing around doing nothing.

We’ve given the 5* to everything else. The service we got from start to finish from the kind gentlemen, who were obviously in charge was brilliant. They were making sure everything was running smoothly and flowing. Making sure we felt welcome and at ease.

Thank you to them and our therapists. Excellent!

This is the place to be to receive any type of spa treatment from beginning to end. Me and my husband booked for a deluxe Turkish hamman treatment; once we arrived, we were kindly signed in and assisted by a lovely gentlemen named "Apo". Due to some confusion with our treatment because of the Thomson rep, Apo was able to rectify the issue and ensured that we were well looked after by all staff. The treatment was approximately 3 hours including salt and mud scrub, sauna, Turkish hamman and hot stones at an additional charge. We also had little goodie bags with a drink and dish of fruits after the treatments.
