I booked the Keyf spa through the easyJet representative via my hotel. I read several negative reviews on trip advisor so was really nervous but it was honestly really enjoyable and I was pleasantly surprised.

The spa was very clean and the quality and length of the massages was incredible. I was concerned about being split up into male and female groups but I was able to stay with my partner the whole time. We also stayed in swimwear the whole time but I had read several reports online about having to remove all clothing during a hamam treatment.

We were given a complimentary VIP experience as we had a birthday which involved massages in a separate hut and a jacuzzi treatment. The price we paid was much cheaper than my hotel was charging so definitely consider visiting this spa instead of marked-up hotel prices.

The negatives I have is there was quite a long wait for us between the last massage and the treatment before, and I think this must have been down to availability of staff. There is also an expectation to tip each member of staff that treats you which I wasn’t prepared for though this is perhaps an oversight on my part. In addition, there is a fair amount of pushing from the staff in encouraging you to take on additional treatments but as I had read the reviews beforehand I was aware of this and stood firm so didn’t pay any more than I had paid to begin with.

For $20 Hammam I got what had been promised: 15 min sauna, 15 pilling with sponge and soap foam shower, then 20 min of massage with olive oil and a face mask. In general - good service, but don´t expect individual service because in every room you enter there are other people waiting/entering all the time. Before every procedure you do they offer you some extra service, it was a little bit annoying. If you want a real Hammam with 100% of relax this option isn´t for you.

Overall, our experience at this establishment was positive, particularly when it comes to hygiene and the treatments offered. However, one aspect that disappointed us was the aggressive upselling during our massage session. We felt uncomfortable, especially when one's request seemed to be used against the other's. It was particularly inappropriate for a salesperson to approach my spouse, who was in a vulnerable state lying on the massage table, with sales tactics. This experience left her quite upset. It's a shame because the place has so much potential with its good services. There's really no need for such aggressive upselling. We would have happily enjoyed the services without the added pressure.

We are used to the concept wellness and this wasn't relaxing at all! If felt like we were in a car wash or some kind of factory, in and out of the facilities when they wanted us to. The men talk in their own language while they're massaging you and when you're a young woman you start wondering what they're saying, especially when they start to laugh and look at you... The massage wasn't very consistent, she did a movement on one side but not on the other. With other words the were just rubbing...

To say the least -> no, we were not happy and from now on we'll only use the wellness facilities in our hotels!

I booked a basic Hamam at 85 Turkish Lire and was advised that a deep massage at the reduced rate of 85 would be beneficial to which I agreed. I was further advised that a hot stone massage at a further 25 would be beneficial to me, bringing the total to 110. Imagine my shock and horror on checking out that my bill wasn't for 110 Turkish Lire but for 110 Euros !!!! Having already spent 85 lire I then had to pay a further 387 Turkish lire bringing the total to 472 Turkish Lire or 135 Euro's !!!!
One would imagine that the pricing would be clearly in the local currency of Turkish Lire and not in Euro's, Turkey is not in the European Union, in all my discussions regarding massage at no time were Euro's ever mentioned. Despite my protestations and email of complaint, I was treated abysmally and didn't receive a response.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! A decent Hamam with facial, pedicure and full massage , the full package, should cost absolutely no more than 150 Turkish Lire.
Make sure you visit a GENUINE TURKISH HAMAM, NOT this GERMAN OWNED one .

This experience was incredibly cultural, unique and very relaxing. We booked the daphne package, costing £38 each and included a variety of relaxation enhancing treatments. Once we arrived we were given a locker key and each presented with a gift. We put our belongings in the locker and went outside to the salt and mud bath, very exciting! We went into a salt room where we covered ourselves in body salt. After that we entered the mud room where there were two types of mud. A white mud for your face and a brown one for your body. Eventually, when we looked like mud monsters, the photographer took a few funny snaps of us. We climbed into the mud bath where muddy liquid was flowing from a number of pipes. Then we got under clean waters to wash it all off. When we were clean, we purchased our pictures and walked into the hot sauna - perfect to lay down and soak up the heat. When we came out of the sauna we were pleasantly surprised with a bowl of fruit salad, which we enjoyed outside in the sunshine. It was time for our Turkish bath. A woman took me into a room that was brought to life with a large, round marble table. I laid down on the marble surface while being covered in bubbles! A weird but relaxing experience. After that we went for a fish pedicure. My better half was a first timer and I should have warned him that the fishes suck all the dry skin and dirt off your feet and it can become quite ticklish. We giggled through this experience and once we were done, it was time for a skin analysis by an in-house dermatologist. He held a high-tech microscope against our faces that identified the state of our skin, then recommended how to treat the issue if there was one. After our skin analysis we went up for a Thai massage, I never fall asleep while getting a massage, but this time I did. It was very soothing and I could instantly feel the tension and knots being released from my back. The massage lasted an hour and after that we sat in the cushioned chairs where the masseur covered my face with a face mask. It was truly an unforgettable experience. #PamperHeaven

Had a fantastic day at the Keyf and felt so relaxed and chilled afterwards. It was €29 for the basic package which included sauna, Turkish bath and soap massge + 20 minute oil massage. We decided to extend the massage to 40 minutes for an extra €5. Overall I thought this was fantastic value for a full afternoon of luxury. There were lots of other packages available too but I was on a budget. Would highly recommend!
