Kemer, Ginza in Kemer near Armas Gul Beach. Office’s head Bora don’t care about what’s his agents sell. He has no information about tourists situations. Only roaring with hate. Stay away from this terrible place and this man. Such a man can’t work with people. Russian tourist.

Booked a boat trip with an agent on the Monster Boat We were told that lunch was included however it was not possible to book all inclusive to include soft drinks (which I’ve never known before in Turkey) but we should take our own which we did Every passenger who boarded had their bags searched by an extremely rude young lad who spoke absolutely no English and ignored everybody who asked him anything in any language while he confiscated everything people had to drink except water which was to be returned at the end of the trip obviously to force you to pay for their over priced drinks on board Nowhere on board to sun bathe No kids play area Several crew members seen to be sleeping in various locations on board The “music” on board bearing in mind the boat was populated by families and older people was constantly extremely loud booming rave type music which even though it was on the middle deck was causing the seats on the lower deck to vibrate If you wish to leave the boat this is only possible at 1 point during the trip where you can pay $10 per person to travel on a small boat to spend 45 minutes on a small island during one of the swimming stops The area of the boat designed for getting in and out of the water to swim is ridiculous at best and dangerous at worst The platform is probably about 2.5 to 3 metres above the water and the round ladders difficult to negotiate There is no safety rail around the area and my wife was almost pushed over the edge into the water while waiting to use the ladder to enter the water with a 15 month old baby in her arms This boat is an accident waiting to happen and in my mind is dangerous We have been on many many boat trips in Turkey and this was easily the very worst one we have been on Dangerous conditions Ignorant rude staff This company is most definitely not British customer friendly On leaving the the boat at the end of the trip I honestly did not see a single person with a smile on their face regardless of nationality This was a complete waste of a day of our holiday We will NEVER use this company again and I advise anybody else to stay well clear especially if you are British

Trip was fine. We didnt like stuff, they were quite rude. They dont have to act like that, some people just want to stay calm, not party, dancing and screaming. they have to let everyone act like they want. Not everyone speaks english. Food was simple but ok.

Booked a boat trip with Ginza Tour and specifically asked them will there be Turkish music playing otherwise we ain’t booking because they constantly played Russian music all round the place in ‘Turkey’ anyways he convinced us and he bought the tickets for 26th. I can honestly say it was the worst boat trip ever! They played Russian music and all the entertainment team were all Russian and spoke Russian. The food wasn’t catered for everyone and looked literally gross. So me and my cousin didn’t end up eating the whole time. Every time they made an announcement on the boat they would speak in Russian when there were a mixture of Turkish and English people. Either way English is an international spoken language which should be used to translate and Turkish is the country’s language so I don’t see why they couldn’t translate in either of them as well. Even when leaving the boat they made an announcement of where to go but I didn’t understand because it was in Russian so I just followed the crowd . We walked no joke about 15 minutes to get to the coach! I have nerve damage in my legs and can’t walk very far so this was absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. On arrival at the coach station he didn’t know which one was going to our hotel so we asked a man from Ginza tour team and he ignored us not once but the second time! We just went to the driver and ended up getting on an overly crowded bus where people were standing up. The Ginza tour office was right opposite our hotel so as soon as we got off we went straight there to complain. Literally never heard these words before. I told the guy what had happened and he told me that that’s never happened before and they were playing Russian music because it was a Russian DJ... excuse me? Regardless he has to play a mixture to carer for everyone. Anyway he goes on to tell me that I’m a woman that’s why I’m moaning and that’s always why the guy at the coach station ignored me. I couldn’t believe my ears what I heard. I seriously don’t recommend this Ginza Tour as they are extremely disrespectful and give false information. Don’t waste your money maxwell tour is much better.
