It's a 20min walk from downtown Kaş (including some hills) or a short drive. They do have parking on site. In October it cost 20TRY per person for a lounge chair and umbrella. Bathrooms and wifi are included. Wifi was great. No loud music which was a plus. We got a large fruit platter, fries and beer for 100TYR. I'd recommend water shoes to make walking on the large pebbles easier when getting into and out of the water.

Came here with a recommendation. Met up with owner Ramo (Ramazan). The place is lovely, beach is lovely, so close to sea. The restaurant also serve dinner (especially seefoods and mezes) so decided to get our dinner here. We ordered 5 mezes and a gigantic seabass, all of them were fresh and delicious. You must visit if you have time. Give them a chance guys

There aren't too many beaches in and around Kas, but Big Pebble Beach (Buyukcakil) is a beauty. It's about a half hour walk East from the Aqua Princess Hotel and, on a hot day, by the time you get there you're just about ready to flop into the refreshing cool water. It's a shingle beach and getting in & out of the sea can be a bit tricky but it means the water is crystal clear and great for snorkelling. There are plenty of free sunbeds available. Huseyin from one of the beach bars has it sussed and will bring a cup of tea to your sunbed almost as soon as you arrive. Of course when lunch time comes you almost feel obliged to head for his bar. He looks like Che Guevara, wears a beret and will provide cold beers, toasties, salads, crepes, freshly caught seafood etc.

Big Pebble Beach was a reasonable walk from the Nur Hotel Kas where we were staying with Anatolian Sky. There are [by our counting] six beach bars and restaurants at the beach and all have their own loungers, parasols and tables. We went to the one at the far right as you enter and were greated by a friendly Turk who has evidently been compared to Ben Afleck in the past! He was very clear that if you have a MEAL loungers etc are free but if not then 15 TKL for two for whole day. That is five pounds for two for a whole day. There is nothing to prevent towels being put down, loungers not used and a swim with no cost - which a proportion of short visitors do. We visited three times and each time, having breakfasted well, we had drinks only and paid for our loungers. We loved the sound of the breaking waves. Kas Ben Afleck is very genuine, did his national service in the Navy and learnt most of his English from movies and on the job. We fully expect to return to Kas and when we do we will seek out the blue loungers to the right and nearest the waters edge. Regards, Bob and Anne

This beach is one of the best beachs in Kas. It is a perfect place for a lazy holiday. Simple but nice restaurants around... Cold sea water.. Beautiful nature... Quiet...

Good choice of sun beds belonging to different restaurants who provide these free if you eat there. Good. Waiter service to the each from the mermaid.
Nice to have beds with cushions!

We've been coming to big pebble beach every couple of days to really relax. The sound of the pebbles dragging across the beach as the waves fall back is like a relaxation cd and usually guarantees a nice afternoon snooze as it cools down. We always go to the right of the beach where Ilias has his mermaid bar. Lovely fish and salads for lunch and always a fun conversation with Ilias and his family. Clean water and lots of turtles make it even more special so make sure you visit

Wonderful afternoon spent at this beach. Water was clear and safe, not too busy and free parking, free sun beds, if you use the bars that own them, not a chore as the prices are reasonable. All in all another great beach in the Kas area.

This beach is 15 minute walk from the centre of Kas. Just walking to the beach is already an experience - the views are breathtaking, small little wagon shops on the way where you can get ayran or water to keep you hydrated. One of my favourite beaches in Kas that was easily accessible. 2-3 restaurants with fresh seafood, delicious wine and great service. Definitely coming back!

The beach is small and very rocky (like, big pebbles!) and the water is cold due to a spring nearby. Not a good beach for small children. There are several restaurants and numerous lounge chairs and umbrellas. When we arrived, a waiter who called himself "Ben Affleck", told us we could use the chairs as long as we "bought something" from his restaurant, and we agreed. It was the middle of a weekday afternoon, and there were plenty of empty chairs. Because we had a six-year-old with us, we only stayed 90 minutes, and bought waters, sodas, and beer. The waiter charged us 6 lira a chair when we were leaving because we didn't buy any food. We argued with him, but he was insistent, so we paid and left, never to return. This was the last restaurant on the right side.
