On our way from Fathyia to kas we managed to get parking spot on the main road, then walked down to this beautiful beach
It has restaurant with toilets and showers.
Same restaurant rent out sunbeds and umbrella for 15 tl unless you buy any food or drink then they waive out the rent fees.
Beach was Amazing

Kaputas beach is very close to Kalkan where we stayed for our holiday. We went there by taxi which was 50 TL from Kalkan or around 6 euros, although there is a bus every half an hour or so and a ride is 5 TL per person. The beach is awesome, very picturesque and well organized, pebble and partly sand, however it can be overcrowded since tourists from all neighboring resorts come to see it. If you wish to find a sun-bed you have to be there earlier in the morning. We were there around 11 o'clock and got only an umbrella for 10 TL. The sunbed also cost 10 TL which is very cheap comparing to prices in Greece, for instance, not to mention Italy or France. There is a cafe-bar at the beach where you can buy snacks, drinks, sandwiches, pancakes... Prices are very affordable. Since there was a great heat during our visit and the beach is more open to the sea, tourists stay mostly couple of hours, take photos and leave. We did not book a taxi for our return, so we had to wait for a bus, which is punctual, but in the afternoon hours from 1 pm to 3 pm or so it runs every hour. Due to coronavirus there were safety measures to enter the beach - obligatory masks... The beach is worth seeing, however it is not for everyday use.

You should go early in the morning and swim at sunrise and take a photo. After 9 o'clock there is a parking problem too much and it gets crowded. The Kaş Municipality operates the cafe and the prices are affordable. The scenery is perfect.

If you are keen on trying to find a parking lot kilometers away along the dangerous road and on walking back to where you want to spend the day, if you like fighting for a deckchair and a sunshade with other tourists on a beach early in the morning, and if you enjoy spending the day with hoards of other people on a beach that is not vast at all, then Kaputaş Beach is the right place for you.
For me it was not. Despite the evident beauty of the spot I decided not to stay longer than absolutely necessary. There are more such coves in the immediate neighborhood, where the sand is warm and the water glitters in all shades of blue.

Do not miss this when in Kas. The water and view is exactly as is this picture. Its unreal how beautiful and serene it is and the water is perfect. The beds get full quick but just lay out your towel on the side and enjoy a day of amazing sun and gently surf. Thete are showers and toilets- super clean- on location. The cafeteria has great food to- try the chicken shish!

Kaputas beach is very nice place and a bit windy parking is not very big problem in a low season but in summer time parking must be a problem ...
when its windy and if you are not good swimmer better don't try ..but all over once you are close by there you must visit ....

Kaputaş Beach is worth going to. This beach has a magical attraction. I can stay there all day long. Changing rooms are clean, you can take a shower, eat and drink something at the cafe.

I know this must be crowded as hell in the summer and parking could be an issue but I don't care, I was not there for the beach but for the landscape and my stop was worth the drive along the coast. Bonus as I arrived just before the sun set. Beautiful small beach.

Theres no question Kaputas makes for a beautiful beach spot. We ended up leaving soon due to how crowded the place was. But regardless of whether you end up staying or not, this makes for a great photo stop in the Turquoise riviera.

Kaputas plajı giriş ücretli mi?
Melissa P.
Antalya, Turkey55 contributions

So I booked our hotel in Antalya and I searched for this beach and saw that it takes 3 and 1/2 hrs to see this beauty! What do you recommend the quickest way to get there? Is it worth the trip? Thank you!

Hi! The quickest way is to rent a car. The trip itself is a great fun, you will see a lot of great places on the way. You can make a stop and check all of them. Instead of this overcrowded beach I definitely recommend to stop at one of the small (yet beautiful) beaches on the coastline between Finike and Demre - no crowds there and perfect scenery. Kas in a nice place to visit too.

Hallo,
I was private there with friends and their car, so I can´t answer of your question. Frankly speaking I doubt, because this is not so big beach, and over there ist a little parking for some cars. Try to find out something online...

Merhaba, buzlukla gelebilirsiniz, içki satışı var,sıradan belediye tesisi değil.kaputaj plajı herşeyiyle en iyisi, plajda ister sandalye götürün ister şezlong kiralayın, sabah saatlerinde yerinizi alın yaz döneminde kalabalık oluyor, ulaşım anlamında araç park yeri yol üzerinde mevcut kalkan veya kaştan minibüsler var.
