Pamukkale one of the most beatiful part of country, during our stay we been 3 different cities in Turkey mid of september. our journey start from Antalya and we choosed local agency for this organisation and all worked out smotthly, our guide was quite proffesinoal about history of his country so we had some pleasant time…

Our guide spoke very broken English with a thick accent, was anti-Semitic, didn’t respect the speed limit or driving laws, and kept quiet about 95% of the time. He was also quite unpleasant. A far cry from what one typically expects of Turkish service. I purchased this tour specifically because of the good reviews I read here and I was incredibly disappointed as this was (not exaggerating) the worst tour I’ve ever had. Not worth the money whatsoever. Pamukkale and Hierpolis are obviously beautiful and interesting, but you can see them on your own for a lot less money.. and a quick YouTube video or internet search would be more informative than this “professional” guide. …

We were fortunate to book with Solymos Travel the tour to Pamukkale. During the drive, our guide eagerly and patiently answered all of our questions whether about ancient history, archaeological processes, or even about coffee and tea history. Although we had an incident with the van on our way back, the acted very professionally.…
