This was a camii / mescid build back in 1541. UluCami, is in the old town centre of Adana, Turkey. It forms part of a complex that includes a madrasah and a mausoleum. The Ulu Cami in Adana is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The mosque building is beautiful and the courtyard opposite where the medressa was hasf a garden where you can sit and have some tea. The mosque is very close to the old clock tower and the area has a wide variety of shops selling local produce and various other things. We walked from Inonu Park in the centre of Adana. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Adana.…

Beautiful from the outside and containing a lovely marble courtyard and beautiful mosque within the walls. Afterwards visit the former medresa opposite for a glass of tea

It is a nice mosque, with a nice small courtyard and ceramic cladding inside. Not anything astonishing perhaps, but one of nicer things in Adana.
