Tiny lovely historical building designed as museum. Here has a lot of useful historical information. It may be developed further, but still it is quite nice place to visit and learn. Güzel Adana şehrinin önemli yerlerinden biri. İçerdiği tarihi bilgiler ve anılar açısından nesillere aktarılması gerekli kültür hazinelerimizden.

This house near the Tas Kopru was given to Atatürk for his visit to Adana by one of the rich families of the city. It is a beautiful old house but the museum isn’t very impressive. It is dark and gray with some photos and furniture from that time. The bedroom of Atatürk is the nicest room. I liked the stained glass windows inside the building.

During my visits to Turkey I always try to visit any place where Ataturk , the founder of the Turkish Republic, stayed. This museum is housed in one of the traditional houses in Adana and is located very close to the big Mosque and the Stone Bridge in the city. The building and displays are in excellent condition with very helpful and friendly staff. Every room tells a story not only of Ataturk but also of the culture of the area and the country. As with all places where Ataturk stayed there is no entrance fee. Will recommend a visit.
