I did this as part of the Boldt Castle tour (see my review on the Castle). I recommend buying a pass to both at the same time as well as the audio tour (you can keep it!).

Probably the best collection second only to the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton NY, of wooden boats built and used in the 1,000 island region. You can access this location by taking the shuttle over from Boldt Castle or by taking the 1,000 island bridge from the mainland, taking the first exit, then right turn, then left turn and following... For an additional charge from the Boldt Castle you can take a quick shuttle ride over the Yaht House which not only houses the boat museum but the second floor was used to house visitors to the castle back in the day,

Awesome yacht house. Interesting to see old boats and the workmanship of this yacht house. Antique boats and their history. We didn't spend too much time here but saw mostly everything. Quick shuttle from Boldt Castle

As a complement to the visit to Boldt Castle, Boldt Yatch house is an interesting visit to the private docks and boats owned by this property. A 5 minutes ferry will take you from Boldt Castle and return to Heart Island again, every 30 minutes, time enough to visit it.

we got to tour the yacht house and the fee included Boldt castle as well. You do have to drive through the golf course to get there on Wellsley island.

Our family visited Boldt Castle & Yacht House on Wed, Aug 3rd. I recommend purchasing a combo Boltd Castle & Yacht House ticket online ($12 adult and $7 child – US funds) and driving to Boldt Yacht House on Wellesley Island. The ticket includes a boat shuttle to the Castle and back. We opted for this as we wanted more... More

Hard to believe that Mr Boldt built this to house all of his boats. There are 2 boats that he owned still there on display.

Visited the castle first and then took a boat over to the Yacht House. This tour was enjoyable, and the staff was great. You will be able to view the Yacht house in 30/45 minutes

To visit Canada and not to see Quebek is like wedding without champagne! Traveller, you definetly will be happy to see that nice and cosy city! Esp. it's old part with small bistro and green parks. If to start my life from the beginning...at least 30 years ago...So,to be short,I lost my heart in Quebek! If you go down to the embankment...
