Without a doubt one of the best day trips I've been on. From the moment they greet you are their reception area, they take care of everything. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and can't do enough to make sure you have a memorable trip. The food was plentiful and tasty with lots of extra snacks, drinks and fresh fruit throughout the day. Lots of awesome water activities.

Nikita and his team are simply amazing. Fully customer minded. We did 2 different tours: One only family (2 adults / 3 kids). Next one with family and friends (9 adults / 7 kids). All crew is so attentive and especially about kids. Excellent BBQ. Unforgetable moments. And on top - price is decent.

I did a one day catamaran trip to Ko Phi Phi and it was exceptional. Booked through an agency called Letsgo! The boat is huge, with plenty of room to move around. The water slide, snorkeling and swimming stops were fun additions. The catamaran is also very new and clean, and the company seems well run and organized. You don't waste time on petty delays. It might cost a little more than other boat excursions but 100% worth it. Great experience!

We booked the dinner sunset sail. This is not a traditional sunset sail dinner cruise on a catamaran. First It is a 40 Minute ride by motor to a semi private island. You spend a couple hours on the island where you can sunbathe, snorkel or swim, the beach and water is very pretty. “Dinner” is a very limited buffet at 3:30 pm! Then it is back to the boat for for a 15 minute ride by motor to an anchor where you fiah off the boat and watch the sunset. The boat was packed with about 30 guests. Most of the guests were just happy to take selfies the whole time. After the sunset we motored back to the dock. Very lame trip if you are looking to sail or snorkel or swim off a catamaran. Not worth the cost- felt misled and ripped off.

I am so sorry to hear that. I believe you have joined a day trip to Maithon island. It is the only trip that the customer will have a buffet on island.
We started and operated this program 3years ago and it was taken over by the island itself in 2017.
As an agent and partner, I will definitely pass your comments to them and hope to see their improvements asap.
Also, pls contact us on your vacation in Phuket in the future. We have 4 of our own day trip programs and believe we can provide higher satisfaction for you.

Best services and food are really nice but the weather is bad sometime. Btw the trip is awesome. We went to Maithon island and also racha not island. It's peaceful place where I never seen before.

I had concerned about the seasickness so I did the research, say the Catamaran is very stable boat. At the day, I met up at Discover Catamaran lounge; having the refreshments and the guide gave information about the trip for us. Over there, I met the owner who is very lovely women. She told about how she started the business. That why they chose Catamaran and designed inside for the family; young and elderly so they can enjoy the sea trip.
- The boat is very new, luxury, comfortable so don’t very about the seasickness.
- The guide, captain and all the crews were very friendly and helpful. I was solo traveling but didn’t feel lonely at all. Lol
- The lifejacket is very new. They are also providing the mask and swimming-fin. I cannot swim so the guide took me around by kick board. It was very kind of him.
- There were 2 spots for snorkeling.
- Kayaking and waterslide are your own choices.
- while we were playing and swimming, there were 2 or 3 staffs be around with you and 2 on boat observing around. That was very thoughtful.
- The Beach at Racha Island is very beautiful. Recommend to go for picture when the boat stop by.
- 2 times serving fruits, burger for lunch and buffet for dinner. Soft drink all day.
- They took the short video by drone for you. So pretty!!
Recommend
- If you have car, go early for the parking.
- Everything depends on the weather
Overall, I pretty much love this trip. It was not rushing at all so you can spend more time for snorkeling, swimming, waterslide, kayaking, beaching and watching sunset as you like.

After reading numerous reviews, we were glad that we opted for this and avoided the crowded Phi Phi.
The catamaran was great, but the captain was very fierce in ensuring that we don't bring any sands on our aqua shoes on-board.
Another unpleasant experience was the hotel pick-up which was late by an hour, due to other guests who were late from other hotel. This delay was not compensated into our catamaran trip.
Tips:
1. Do take the travel sickness pill offered before we set-off.
2. Do get the crews to take pictures with your phones. They took amazing photos.
3. Book direct from Discover Catamaran website, it's cheaper than going through 3rd party.
4. Pray for good weather. It's an expensive 6 hour tour to be ruined by bad weather.

Booked this on a bit of a whim and very glad we did. Great experience from start to finish. The boat is large and well equipped, soft drinks and snacks as soon as you board. Trip to the first stopping point wasn’t too far and we spent an hour snorkelling and swimming followed by some lunch.
Another hour further to the next stopping point and some more snorkelling and kayaking. The guide was pointing out interesting things in the water (octopus and sea fan coral) and nothing was too much trouble at all.
The trip home was marred by bad weather, but the crew dealt with it all well, no problems at all even though it was very rough and raining very hard.
Definitely recommended!

You can book in advance, but you have to do PayPal or bank transfer deposit, and then full payment 7 days before trip.
Better to arrive first, and check out weather forecast, and book 1-2 days in advance.
They don't accept cash on the day itself, so PayPal looks like the best way to make payment.
