The view is decent but was a bit underwhelming relative to some of the other views we had in Phuket. Big Buddha was a lot more remarkable.

The greatest place to see the sunset!A lot of people come here to see the great colours of the sky so you have to go quite early. Its a free and must see place. You can go there with a motorbike, you dont need to book a trip

Definitely great place for sunset. Just beware of the tourist crowd crawling during peak season. There are other alternative such as yunui beach and windmill view point which is few minutes drive away.

Incredible views from the headland. Easy to get to at the south west region of Phuket. Some small pop up souvenir shops and a cafe. Don't need to spend a lot of time but do see it.

Lovely viewpoint overrun by tourists (like us) maybe try another place to see the sun set in peace and check this out during the day instead?

Offer splended ocean view, and we walked to Promthep cape every morning during our stay in Nai Harn at Fairy Meadows. Too many tourists in afternoon so if you want to hear and feel the freshness, go early morning.

We just came back from there. We rented a scooter and drove there. The roads are good. Just use the GPS on your cell phone and you should be fine. Well worth the trip. If you go for the sunset it is a trade off as there... More
