Most Thais told me I need to check this place out, but to be honest I didnt see the appeal. Its just a nice view and there are plenty of them that are nicer (and not so busy) on the road from naihard to kata

This is one of the best views I have ever seen anywhere (not just in Phuket). It is so beautiful especially in the early evening.

A beautiful little place with shops and a great look out point. A big light house can be visited up the steps and to the left.

We saw some beautiful views around Phuket but the views at Phromthep Cape were the most beautiful of all views.

When it's sunny, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the verdant island. You'd better bring a big gun to shoot some awesome photos!

We went during the afternoon as it was such a beautiful day. The blue and mixed cloud colours of the sky, the azure and deep blue of the water and the verdant landscape made for some stunning viewing. Well worth going at any time imho.

We just came back from there. We rented a scooter and drove there. The roads are good. Just use the GPS on your cell phone and you should be fine. Well worth the trip. If you go for the sunset it is a trade off as there... More
