Excellent value for money!! A brilliant place
Feb 2020 • Family
I am currently at the park with my 2 very active boys age 2 and 6! I really don’t understand how anyone can leave a negative review!! I’ve paid 500 baht (€15, £12) entry and there is an outdoor water park, a large undercover outdoor play area, a large indoor air conditioned play area with so many toys. And I’ve just been to the cafe and bought 1 coke, 2 juices, 3 ice lollies and a packet of crisps all for 190 baht!! (£5,€6) probably the best value for money activity in Thailand!! And a brilliant much needed break from the sun and beacheS

Excellent full day park. They have an outdoor shaded paly area with lots of toys, and indoor play area and a fantastic kids' pool. Highly recommend for any family with young children. Their restraunt is very good, large portions for a great price and tastes great.

Nice to reasonable place, food reasonable, staff not really kind and don't always speak English. The price of entry is a bit expensive

Dear guest! Thank you for your time for feedback. Unfortunately, not all staff speak English. Our park is visited by international children, including guests of Thailand. There are three play areas in our park, the first outside with swings and slides and other entertainments, the second closed with air conditioning for baby with toys, labyrinths, a pool with balls and much more, the third is our safe pool for kids with small water slides and foam activities. I will indicate the entry prices, once again, so that it is possible to equally compare similar establishments in Phuket in terms of cost and size of the territory Entrance to the park For kids Mon-Fri: 200 Baht Sat-Sun: 350 Baht Up to 1 year free For adults: All days 100 baht Free after 5 pm Thanks again for your time

Dear guest! Thanks for your time for feedback. Every morning, before the opening of the park, our staff clean the room and toys. The open area is sweeping and object are washed with a disinfectant. General cleaning is carried out every week. Unfortunately, there are old toys because children use them regularly. At the moment, ordered new toys in the near future we will replace them. Really sorry you got bad experience about our place, we are working on renovation please visit our facebook to see updates. Thank you for your time!

Great mix of fun activities for young kids!
Sep 2019 • Family
We visited Rawai Park with our 2 children aged 2 and nearly 4. They found plenty to do between the pool, the outdoor play area, and the indoor play area. The equipment is perfect for toddlers and it is nice and easy for parents to watch them. The grounds are very cute with lots of different characters spread throughout and very neat gardens. I want to say especially to the girl on the ticket box 'Thank you, thank you, thank you'. I happened to leave my purse at Rawai Park on a swinging chair and didn't realise until I got back to my hotel in Karon. We phoned the park and the lovely girl had picked it up and was keeping it safe in the ticket office. I went and picked it up, not a cent or item missing. Thank you for your kindness and honesty:-)

Great spot for family/young kids
Mar 2019 • Family
I’ll admit, I had low expectations based on some of the negative reviews. However, i was more than pleasantly surprised with the quality of the park. There was fairly large covered play area and a fantastic water section that allowed the kids to have a loads of refreshing fun. Lots of space to sit in the shade and if the parents want to cool down, then the pool play area was a great spot to do so. The food, although a tad expensive, was great. Honestly, I have little to complain about. My only comment would be that the staff weren’t overly enthusiastic and or engaged (restaurant staff was better). In other words, you do need to keep your eyes on the kids as there won’t be anyone else to really do so (the lifeguard didn’t pay attention and was on his phone the whole time). Having said that, I will be taking my 3 year old back again and would recommend this park for anyone looking for something different to do.

Why didn't we find this sooner?
Feb 2019 • Family
As a traveling parent of a young child, two issues often pop up: where's the closest bathroom and how do I keep this little person entertained? Well, we found Rawai Park on our penultimate day of holiday, and we probably should have gone sooner. It has several playgrounds (water, covered outdoor, and indoor) plus a restaurant/cafe (great for exhausted parents who want to keep an eye on the pool activity). They shoot bubbles into the pool. The covered outdoor area has little cars, lots of slides and a climbing net thing. The indoor playground has an impressive toy collection plus obligate tube/slide/ball pit for your human hamster. In other words, this is a great park for the smaller ones (6 or younger). Note that they are militant about the no outside food/drink policy. Be warned.

Fantastic place for children
Jan 2019 • Family
We have been to Rawai park twice since being in Phuket, Thailand on holiday, we absolutely love it. We are planning on going back again before we leave.

The previous reviews stating it is 'run down', 'over priced' or 'dangerous' are simply untrue.

It is very well priced for everything that is included, the food and drink prices are very reasonable too.

We have a 1.5yr old and a 6 month old and we went at 0930 and stayed until 1700hrs both times.

The play area is SAFE despite what other people have said, I am a nurse and very conscious of safety and it is fantastic. The staff are helpful and kind, it is very clean and well maintained. Each time we have been maintenance has been carried out very safely.

Yes you need to wear socks in the very well air conditioned inside play area, every soft play we have ever been to you wear socks, it is for hygiene reasons. There are loads of toys, games and even a chill out area in the indoor soft play.

The pool is a great addition, clean and the water is very refreshing after running around with a toddler. They even had a mini foam party which all the children loved.

The food and drink is lovely and the coffee is cheap and well made.

We love Rawai park, there is nothing else in Phuket like it, you must visit and see how fantastic it is. Do not listen to the negative reviews!

Take your own socks
Oct 2018 • Family
Can't believe trip advisor has a good rating on this dump! It is old and in need of maintenance. You cannot even take your own water in there, of course so you have to buy theirs. Who would think if wearing socks in hot Thailand? Well if you don't have any you have to buy them there for everyone! The cafe is ok, but overpriced and not airconditioned. The indoor play are is only for toddlers. Don't take any notice of pictures ** nobody watches your kids, there were no staff in costumes, no face painting.......nothing.....save your money and pay a few dollars to swim in a nice resort 😊

Dear Lois, thank you for your feedback. We hope the following answers will help everyone to understand the park rules better: 1) You cannot take food and water in the park — the common rule for every such entertainment park. It should not be a problem, still you can take water for kids in kids bottles. Water at restaurant 20THB for the bottle. 2) Socks are for playground and they protect it from dirt that people can bring into kids play area. It's should be safe for your kids as well when you know it is clean inside. There are notices in our promos on facebook and website where we remind to take your own sock. Still you can buy a pair for 40THB for adult if you need. Yes it is an upsale for us, but the park prices are still low comparing to other playgrounds in Phuket. And also, we allow adults to come for free after 5pm as well. Just to remind the prices for the park are the following: Daily Prices Access to all playgrounds Kids Mon-Fri: 200 THB Kids Sat-Sun: 350 THB Kids under 1 y.o FREE Adults all days: 100 THB Adults 5pm-8pm all days FREE 3) Cafe prices are mostly under 200THB, for example: fried rice with chicken with fried egg - 160THB, tom yum kung - 160THB, pork steak - 280THB, fried rice in pineapple - 180THB, kids menu sets are all 100 THB, fruit shakes - 100THB. 4) The park is recommended for kids under 6 y.o. We state it on our website and promos. 5) Unfortunately we do not have babysitter service. We are park where the parents and kids spend time together. So you are absolutely right - nobody watches your kid. The staff watches the park area and helps when it is needed. Thank you for your time to write this.
