You will voyage back 100 years in time & play the part of a famous London detective solving challenging mysteries set in Phuket. You would need to use all your skills and wits as you go about gathering clues and solving puzzles in order to escape before time runs out!

Friends who visited last year recommended me this place as fun. Went there this morning to find out they no longer are in business.
Looks like the only other room escape centre is in Jungceylon Patong, will go there this evening

Great fun with my parents and brother. It was the first day of opening that we went and the staff was welcoming although a little nervous, normal for their first day. Interesting games and we were done in just under 50 minutes. Will come again!

It was the first time for me and my daughter and it was really exciting! We were locked in the 'Fire on the Sinking Ship' room with 60 minutes of escaping time! My daughter at first was very scared of the room because there was only two of us, but the lovely staff came in and stayed with us, that was really helpful! Thanks to them. After that, my daughter started to help me solving puzzles and we finally did escaped the room in time! We had so much fun and were happy working together and sure will come back for another room soon.

This is a new attraction in Phuket and they are popping up all over the world, a real life video game, however it was extremely difficult and not fun, every single room we needed clues, and half the time we didn't ask they just came in and told us as they saw we were struggling, just about every single puzzle is math, and the amount of props in every room, through us off our challenge.
There is a similar escape hunt" in Australia called (secure and unlock), we also done this on our way to Thailand, but this was half the price and a lot more fun, more interactive props more doors to open and more fun ways to crack the challenge instead of maths, after maths, an expensive waste of time, at $1000 baht each.
although the staff were friendly and helpful, they also recommended we choose the activity "bomb in the room" however they did not tell us this was by far the most challenging, by the end, and 4 clues given to us we just ended waiting out in the lobby for the timer to countdown, it was then the staff said "we will never influence any customer on the room the choose"????????

Thank you for taking the time to post a review on us. It was a pleasure to have you come in and play with us. We understand that you may have found the experience quite challenging as of some of our other clients had but none of them had anything negative to relate to the experience altogether.
Our games are designed for ages 7&above and we often do have schools bring their children to come play with us which only means that we do our best to ensure that even children of such ages are able to solve puzzles without much difficulty. Furthermore, we see that you have mentioned that math was a major obstacle in your attempt to move forward while playing. We guarantee you that we have minimal math in our games and they are of the most basic standard that you an average person can solve in seconds without having to even use a paper or a pen! You couldn’t have possibly known everything about the game altogether as your team had just given up on the first puzzle that required a little mental math which saw you walk out of the room immediately and your team to wait for the remaining time to pass in frustration.
We are sorry that you found our basic math, hard. But it is absolutely unfair for you to blame us for your shortcomings and inability to solve the most basic of puzzles. We have had several reviewers here on our TripAdvisor page and they have had nothing but positive words about the game. Some of the people who had been able to escape the room include 1 adult and 1 child while others who had not been escape the room in time still managed to enjoy the experience altogether. Our staff does indeed recommend games (of various difficulty level) based on customers preference on type of challenge but does not in anyway forcefully allocate it. You and your team had very confidently mentioned that you were up for the most challenging game which left us with no choice but to allot you the ‘Bomb in the work shop.’
Please understand while there is a difference in level of difficulty between games, the math standards remain the same. If you were unable to solve the most basic of math in Bomb in the Workshop, there is absolutely no chance you would been able to solve it in any of the other games which only means that The Escape Hunt Experience is not meant for you and your team, be it in any one of our several branches around the globe. As for the price, we are one of the cheapest of escape game all around the world, not to mention that we are expanding all over the globe and pride ourselves in maintaining high standards which has seen ever reviewer before you post a positive review on their experience.
We are finding it extremely difficult to fathom the purpose of your visit to us. It certainly did not seem like you wanted to play the game yet went ahead with it only to discontinue playing like a sport before even reaching midway. In our review sheet (which we have evidence in form of a hard copy) you gave us a minimum of 4/5 ( 1 being poor and 5 being excellent) in each of the elements ranging from staff game master rating, reception area &service, overall experience. Given the fact that all of the factors except the game itself received a positive feedback, it would be normal to expect a minimum of 4 star review for the experience. However, being a first time reviewer on TripAdvisor you gave us 1 star, which is not in accordance with what you had provided in the feedback form leaving us no choice, but to believe that you had a malicious intent to defame The Escape Hunt Experience Phuket for reasons we do not know. We are again sorry that you did not have the best of experiences with us but sincerely hope you use TripAdvisor as a means to post reviews on the level of competency of a business in relation to your experience rather than rant on your shortcomings.

It was a great experience, and the staff there was very nice. They willing to give us extra 10 min and give us some hint when we stuck. I would go again to challenge another mystery if I got the chance to visit Phuket :D

Went in after reading the reviews on Trip Adviser, first off was surprised to hear how expensive it is, we were 5 of us and paying 1000 TB ($31) each for a hour of game felt too expensive. Online its cheaper by $10, so book your tickets online.
As for the game, it was really fun, a mixture of treasure hunt and puzzle solving. The staff are very professional and explained the rules and provided the right level of hints to keep us moving. It's a very different experience to have from your normal every day routine.
Will go for the experience again when i am visiting Phuket again.

My 9 year old daughter and I tried the experience for the first time yesterday.
It was a full on challenge with significant time pressure but with a bit of help and good team work we managed to get through it. It is great that the experience caters for different ages - my daughter was quick to search and find clues, read coordinates, count and key in different permutations into code locks whereas I focused on combining the information we gathered.
Our game master, Sherbet, was competent and helpful.
It was really good fun and although my daughter said she was scared she is keen to come back for more - and so am I.

I'll never forget my experience at Escape Hunt Phuket! Had an amazing time with a group of friends. Definitely brings out your inner-Sherlock and is a nice and welcomed change from the scenic views, beaches and city life that Phuket has to offer. I'd definitely wanna come back next time i'm in town!

This place is legit the best. I visited while traveling and had so much fun here. This place was great for my friends and I do work on some team building exercises. Everyone that worked there was also so helpful and nice!

What is this place all about and what language dobyou use here

They have rooms set up where different mysteries can be solved using the clues placed in the room. You'll have fictitious situations & clues laid out before you where you have to catch the thief/ murderer/ kidnapper in the allotted time. The clues follow a pattern & it is interesting & challenging to follow the pattern and move from one clue to the next. As for the language, the staff is proficient in English & most of the time you will be with your group inside the room so you can use whatever language you are comfortable in.

From it like any other good buissness would, not finding a way to justify why they had a bad time. It comes across as very unprofessional and tacky.
