Welcome to Original One Massage We offer relaxing massages in a quiet environment. Our massage saloon is located in a pedestrian-only street so you are secluded from the noises of Patong. We offer traditional Thai massage including - foot - Thai - head & shoulder - after-sun / aloe Vera - body scrub

I am not that kind of fussy customer, really!!
It was not a relaxing experience, instead she was torturing me.
She was ignoring me from the beginning when I said "Pain", until I need to sit up to stop her.
She was ignoring me when I said "I feel Cool", she giggled when I was complaining, and left the blanket uncovered me.
She was sometimes using only 1 hand to massage, and keep looking at her watch.
I was having the massage together with my friend, and she just left me without saying a word 15 minutes before my friend done (Thanks God she did so!).
When I reached downstairs, I saw her lying in an elderly lady customer's arm, asking for tips. So I might know why she suddenly disappear.
I asked whether the boss was in, but unluckily the boss was not there, and we are leaving to airport.
I swear that I will never return to this shop again although they offer me a free massage!

Thank you for your feedback and regret inconvenience caused. As per our separate discussion I understand this incidents occurred in August 2014 (I.e. Last year).
I regret that at that time I was not in the shop. As this shop is my life and I deeply care about customer service and about making customers feel relaxed (which after all is one of the main purposes of massage), I was disappointed to hear the nature of your complaint. Our staff have clear instructions with regards to time management and with regards to paying attention to,the customers and regret to hear that in this case,same apparently was not adhered to.
Please accept my apologies and be ensured that Your negative experience is not what the shop or I,personally stand for. I deeply care about my shop and about positive customer experience and relaxing massage.

For 200 Baht ($8CAD), I got a 45 minute foot massage, plus a fifteen minute massage of my arms, shoulders, neck and head. This was done on a recliner in an air conditioned room. Heavenly!

My husband and I have used Original One massage for several years now. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We always recommend them. Let the staff know what you like, such as soft or firm massage and they will get someone to meet your needs. The facility is clean and pleasant. Many of the staff speak some English. I see customers come back year after year so this speaks highly of their committment to quality service.

We came here because of all the great reviews and repeat customers and we were not disappointed. Clean, professional, and full of experienced staff that really knew what they were doing. I am glad we found this place.

I purposely come to this massage parlour because of its great comments. Needless to say, they're all TRUE! Foot massage for 60 minutes at price of 200B! Its reasonable and worth it.

We have been coming here for over 10 years . Although the ladies have changed the standard is extremely high . We have daily massages and at times twice a day as they are so relaxing and the staff always smiling. Just relax and enjoy- the experience is so worth it

I've had over 300 massages. I'm i'm an addict . This place is the real deal and has much better compared to those on the Main streets.
The staff are extremely friendly and fun. Always smiling and laughing. I asked my masseuse and she mentioned they have been working together for a long time and they're basically family. Feels like it.
Highly recommend!

Our staff were extremely touched by your review. We indeed see as a small family as several staff have been with us since day one of this shop. We also think our location in a small quiet side-street creates a better atmosphere.

It was my first Thai massage and was perfect!! All my body was grateful to that massage when it finished and I really feel better!! Not really expensive, one of the cheapest in the zone. The staff is always smiley and speaks during the massage if you want so you can enjoy better the time!!
