At the Royal Phuket Marina, the experience began with refreshments, food, and mystery of the day. The tour guide was informative and funny whilst providing details of the day and the rules to be followed.
The speed boat staff were friendly, funny and helpful. The speed boats were clean, and safety was a priority at all times. Even the smaller boat that we got onto to see the islands was clean, and the boat operator was amazing. They interacted well with us at all times.
However, I did not enjoy the restaurant experience at the island Phi Phi Don where lunch was served. I thought the standards could be better and there was one toilet with many people waiting to use it at the restaurant. It felt like a school cafeteria. I was not impressed.
The island experience was magical. It was just so breathtakingly stunning!
The island the toilets on the island were hard to find and the toilet experience itself was traumatic. This part of the tour needs to be improved as it spoilt a well planned, fun filled day. The island experience should not be spoilt by this.
The tour operator and staff were very good.

If you're looking for a reliable and convenient transportation service in Phuket, Phuket SRC Travel is highly recommended. Phuket SRC Travel is always the contact i will look for whenever i travel to Phuket and they have never failed. Great experience with them so far and they are responsive enough to plan ahead for my trip. They have provided me airport transfers for the total of 10pax.

This is the 3rd time I have used Phuket SRC Travel for my Phuket trip. The communication was very convenient through WhatsApp and price is comparable to other car service. The driver was always on time and courteous. Phuket SRC Travel is reliable car service company and I will use again in the future.

We had an amazing experience with this travel agency! It was our second time in Phuket, and everything worked perfectly once again. Booking was super easy – we paid upfront via PayPal and Wise, and there were no issues at all.
We booked transfers from Phuket Airport to Kata Beach and then from Kata Beach to Ao Nang. Both transfers were excellent – always on time, with friendly, English-speaking drivers providing great service.
I also made a mistake by booking the last transfer on the wrong date, but the agency handled it so well! They managed to organize four vans for us at the last minute and didn’t charge us anything extra. Truly above and beyond – we really appreciated their flexibility and support.
They also organized a fantastic day at an elephant sanctuary, which was a highlight of our trip. It was a wonderful and ethical experience that we’ll always remember.
Highly recommend this agency for their professionalism, reliability, and amazing customer service. We’ll definitely use their services again!

SRC Travel always a preferred travel partner when it comes to Phuket tour.
I booked and paid for a Taxi and seamlessly handled.
Taxi booking, WhatsApp coms, timely information and prompt pick up and drop.
Always smiling and gentle with foreign tourists.
Proper suggestions given and last minute requests were handled nicely.

We booked 2 passengers van for a half day ferry service after we’ve docked from a cruise ship. Both the drivers Khun Peter and Khun Egg were courteous and helpful and attentive to our requests. They were very safe drivers!
Thank you to Khun Chai for helping to arrange their services for us.
Would definitely engage their services again next time when I visit Phuket!

Phuket SRC Travel took us to Freedom Beach which is a private beach with a small entry fee. A really lovely beach hidden amongst the hills and has great scenic views and pristine clean ocean water. Freedom Beach is very different from the usually crowded Patong, and is a nice place to relax, swim and have a picnic there. And Wai was the driver from Phuket SRC Travel who drove us everywhere in Phuket including the return trip to the airport. He was a very good driver and professional in his service delivery. Highly recommended!

Mr Chai was amazing. Very responsive and always available. I had booked 3 different itineraries with him and also arranged for transport pick up to and from the airport. There were no delays and everything went smoothly. Even our early morning pickups were very smooth and timely. Pricing for the itineraries was very decent and competitive as well! Will highly recommend SRC Travel

Phuket SRC travel did a great job picking me up and sending me to the airport. The SUV was new. The driver came 10 minutes early. The ride was smooth. I also liked how they communicated with me at the start of the day to let me know which car to expect. Very professional. Thank you.
