Probably not the best place for you if you aren't at an advanced level. I was only given 2 rounds on the pads with trainer. Advanced fighters are given more time. The trainer only worked on my strengths on the pads and not on my...More

They have walk-in personal training sessions that cost 500 baht for 1.5 hours, which IMO is extremely cheap. I got to train with an ex-pro Muay Thai fighter, and it was an incredible experience. It felt super authentic, and I learned so much technique! Beware...More

Second stadium we have visited in Patong. This one is more organised and you get a free t shirt. You can buy drinks and snacks within the area. Great night out but it can be a little brutal. Free transfers to and from your hotel...More

The gym and stadium are in the same place. They are located in a Soi that runs off Sainamyen Road about 200 metres past the Patong Hospital. The map provided with the promotional flyers that are handed out is incorrect.
