The Jungceylon Shopping Complex is a great addition to the main Patong area. There are numerous shops, eateries and plenty of browsing opportunities. We loved the downstairs basement area with little market area for good quality souvenirs at a competitive prices to the street markets....More

This is a huge complex in Patong offering world class shopping experience. It sits oddly among the squalor that is Phuket. Huge gaps here between opulence and poverty. Nevertheless I went there all the time as its air conditioned and there are not many touts....More

Great shopping centre with something for the whole family. Great relief going into the air conditioning to get out of the heat for a while

I'm sure if you wanted to complain about 1 store in particular then you could complain to the manager of that store. Not sure if jungcylon has an overall manager as such
