Jangsilon Shopping Mall includes two sections, west and east. The western part overlooks Ratuthit Songroipi Street and the entrance door is almost opposite Bangla Street, and the eastern part has an entrance door from Phangmuang Sai Kor Street. These two parts are connected by a waterfront and an open space, and in this space, all kinds of food brands such as McDonald's, King Burger, KFC, etc. have branches, as well as the northern side of this area, all kinds of restaurants and the south side of the hotel. Milinium is located. In the eastern building, there is a very large hypermarket called Big C, whose food and health prices are cheaper than the Family Mart and Elven Seven. Apart from BIG C and its restaurants, the shops were open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and a number of well-known brands were auctioned off as Christmas approached. Most goods were expensive, and if they weren't discounted, we might not be able to buy that much. Aiiz brand, which was a Thai brand; It had a variety of quality items as well as relatively reasonable prices, which were impressive given the proximity of Christmas.

Modern style shopping centre in 2nd Road near Bangla Road. Always is well presented with themes on display such as Chinese New Year and Valentines Day. The shops here are higher end than market stalls. Plenty of European type takeaway food place, along with Irish Times pub, Asian restaurants. Good air conditioning in buildings makes for a pleasant break from the heat. Numerous Thai bank ATMs are present by going down the large stairs outside the front entrance. Can get tourist items here but you will pay a premium price, can get cheaper at the many stalls around the place by bartering. Rule of thumb is you should get at least a third off at the outside shops by bartering and potentially half off. If you are told outright you are getting Thai price don’t be fooled, shop around and barter “respectfully“ and you will be a winner.

We went to the cinema at Jungceylon on Boxing Day after Santa delivered tickets for Jumangi 2.
The actual complex provides a range of shops in a spacious environment, as well as food outlets and ice cream stalls etc. We went to a huge Big C supermarket before the cinema to get snacks.
As for the cinema; collecting tickets was simple and the cinema was large and the seats were comfortable. The temperature, lighting, and sound were all adequate and most movies cater for tourists so there is no issue in finding an English audio movie. *Note: they pay respects to his Majesty the King of Thailand at the beginning of all movies which we weren't expecting.
If the weather is bad or you want to escape the heat, or if there's just a good movie you want to watch, then this is probably the best place in Patong, if not all of Phuket, to go.
Also, the pricing varies with the day of the week, I think Monday and Tuesday were cheapest, while on Thursday and Friday there was at least a 20 baht surcharge, I am not sure about the other days; our tickets were 240 baht each.

Saturday evening 15th February and we were in Patong and we visited this vast shopping Mall. It is just a short walk from Bangla Road.
It has over 200 stores including brand-name clothing, sunglasses, cosmetics, perfumes, shoes, DVDs, computer games, mobile phones & accessories and loads of electrical goods.
The 2 main stores are Robinsons and Big C Supermarket. We visited the supermarket, it was vast. There were some familiar stores from back home in the UK.
SF Cinema City is located on the 3rd floor, it has 5 cinemas. There is also a 16 lane bowling alley, SF Strike.
In Port Square, Silang Boulevard and Sino Phuket Zone there are loads of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Food from around the world is served here including Thai, European, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. The mall boasts over 25 restaurants and bars. Did have a look at some of the bars which were a bit pricey.
Water and light show in the Port Area of the mall, nightly at 19.00 and 21.00
The Millennium Resort Hotel Patong is also part of this sprawling complex. It is almost like a city within a city if you can't find what you are looking for here, it's not in Phuket.
We found that we just wandered aimlessly around and did not really enjoy it. We decided leave here and visit Bangla Road, did not even to see water and light show.

It is a sin to visit Phuket and not explore the Jungceylon Mall. It has everything the best Western Malls have to offer, with a diverse vaeiety of international and local brands and outlets.
Local vendors display goods and souvenirs on mobile stands spread across the entire mall, and one can find unique and interesting merchandise if time is taken to browse.
I enjoyed the local Food Bazaar where every single authentic Thai dish can be bought at reasonable prices. It offered a nice change to the Food Pavilion across the street.
And ofcourse, one cannot leave without a coffee from Starbucks.

We were there 5-6 times, they have a good pricey coffees shop, big selection of known brands ( prices are higher than in Europe)
2 play grounds for kids. One is for the small kids, there kids have to be supervised by parents . Another is 100m away at the same floor is more advanced and expensive ( is about 500bath per hour) , there kids over 7 y. o. can stay alone ,the service attendant at the counter speaks good English.
The parking is 3 hours for free if you spent min 200bath and stamp your receipt on the ground floor , if not then - 40 bath. Parking is covered and clean.
We left a lot of money there :)

It's a great place to shop as street shopping feel can be experienced in a mall. Lot of stalls with variety of stuff. Good collection for kids as well especially a kiosk-kitty house- where my 7 year old daughter spent almost half an hour and did not let us go without a purchase ...
In the basement level one can find all the souvenirs at somewhat inexpensive prices . Good variety.
The extension of the mall, towards the back side of entering from the gate opposite to Central Mall, will surprise you with good international brands and the whole third floor is dedicated to the IT world.
Good place to spend your time away from terrible heat outside

Big shopping mall with downstairs all kinds of souvenirs for fixed prices, so you do not have to negotiate for a price. You can still try of course😀. Foodcourt as well and air conditioned, so if you want some reprieve from a hot day enjoy shopping here. We bought a lot of our souvenirs here, especially liked the shop with a big Transformer statue in front of it, sells handmade metal statues from Aliens and Starwars movies.

Decent size mall with decent mix of shops , department store , supermarket and food ,and coffee shops . Plenty to do but if your after cheaper goods and fakes you need to shop in the streets . Bit of a laser/water show in central core , all the central core and rear area are an addition to the original mall . Taxi's and tuk tuks out on front entrance but be prepared to haggle as 1st price is high .

We stayed at Milennium Lakeside, so literally within the same building. A great shopping centre, witha brilliant supermarket, and in the basement there's a new food /eating set up (Food Bazaar) , which has great Thai food from street like stalls. Wine Connection is the best Euro dining and also to buy wine a great range of to take - away. Ignore D'Wine restaurant - crap food and service. It's only metres to Bangla and a little further to the beach (5 minutes walk).

Hi, im going to phuket on sep. What is the nearest office to Royal Paradise hotel to book tours with good prices to discover this beautiful island?

Hi, Most hotels have a desk that is operated by tour companies, and is always the "safer" option. If you want to shop around for prices then there are many tour operator offices on Thaweewong Road. They are clearly visible. A suggestion is to probably ask at the front desk of your hotel for a reputable tour operator.

After every 2 minutes walking distance to find a counter for tour and travels. you will get all the informations regarding the tourist places and other queries there. After discussing with them and looking through the pamphlets available there you can choose a package of the places you wish to visit and the activities you want to do. It is the best option to book your tour from these counters.
You can also book your day tour from your hotel reception but it will cost little expensive as compared to roadside counters. As the commission is included.
Before going explore the tourist spots in internet and get some quotations from different travel agencies.
from this you will get the idea that all the travel packages are including which tourist spots. And then you can decide what places you want to see and what activities you want to do. Now just go to Phuket and with clear concept in your mind and book your daily tour on spot there with the roadside tour and travel counters.

Depends what you are looking for - it is correct that Jungceylon has great shopping but we found prices & variety in flea markets (ALL around better). If you want to be on the Patong beach, there are MANY hotels along the beach across the road from the sea

Yes there is . It is smaller though more modern. Yet you may miss some of the flea market bargains there. However it is more organised
