Best place for relaxing in the bars
Dec 2021
Most popular place at Patong, worth to visiting while you at Phuket. A lot of bars and night clubs there

Always fun!
Jan 2021
Bangla Road is the main street for nightlife in Patong, and it's a little bizarre but so much fun. It's fun during the day but really comes alive at night. Lot's of fun bars and clubs, and just a big atmosphere in general!

Sad to see, Still too many places closed
Nov 2021
I love Phuket, and Thailand. Due to Covid, this was our first trip in 2+ years. So so sorry for Thai people in tourism. The place was dead. Nothing opened at all during the day. Nothing. There were a number of shops getting remodeled and looking like opening soon, but some places had huge cobwebs and was completely dead. Even McDonalds was closed. I thought the island would be quiet, but at least this busy central hub would be mainly open. I hope it comes back soon.

Few People & Closed Bars
Sep 2021 • Solo
This road seems to be more fun when there is a crowd however due to covid restrictions it has become like any other road. Very fewer people and seems to almost go quiet at midnight.

Only a few bars are open but with little to no customers. Most restaurants/bars have completely closed.

It was my first time there and was disappointed . Hopefully when things start opening up and the restrictions lessen for people to travel, it will be more fun I guess.

night life party!
Nov 2020
Bangla Road is Phuket's most important night street. There are various discos all over the street, which are alive all night. This street is very deserted during the day. At the end of this street is Patong Beach. There are many different, disco, bars, cafes and restaurants around this Walking Street. This is a nightlife party for all travelers .Bars and pubs have different music. In front of most of them, a number of girls dance on the tables to attract more customers. This is not a good environment for children. If you love nightlife, this is the best place to see this street!

A few bars serving drinks in coffee cups or plastic glasses due to the "No alcohol" policy. Coppers looking the other way.

You just have to experience it for yourself

I dont have any pictures but Bangla Road is 0-60 from end to end. you have mini market shops here and there, have a food market(a must), then bars, bars, bars, bars and um yes bars. its a crazy site at night. ive seen people bring there kids to wild people. this place is just hella crazy. you can pretty much see and get everything needed for you needs or "pleasure". And I was there on a weekday, I cant imagine how the weekend is there. Its a site is all I can say. would I go back to Phuket? prolly not. But Bangkok is next for me and im sure ill see crazier and better things there...

Good, Bad and Evil
Aug 2020
Trip to Phuket is not complete without a walk along Bangla Road, The loud noises from every bar, 7'E and FM stores for every 10 steps, Hawker stalls and bouquet sellers, Bar girls and Ladyboys, Bike taxis and tuk tuks, Every minute in this road is entertaining and painful at times. Renowned place for party goers. Try at your own risk. The street is extremely busy during weekends regardless of any seasons. The place is stinky and full of trash after the wee hours.
