John Gray's Hong by Starlight with Sea Cave Kayaking and Loy Krathong Floating

499 reviews
Discover the hidden “hong” lagoons and sea caves of Phang Nga Bay on an adventure that’s timed to beat the worst of the crowds. After lunch on the boat, your guide paddles you through Koh Panak Cave and the caves and lagoons around Hong Island. Eat dinner, then make your own “Krathong” offering and float it in Koh Panak Cave. Fireflies and luminescent plankton provide a natural light show.

one of the reasons to come to Phuket! music - dancing - partying all night! ITs a very popular spot and something to try it out if you like music and partying! Its usually open till 4-5 am and its always happening! of course, you need to get used to an aggressive ,marketing and people will "attack you" since they are trying to sell you whatever! as well, you have to be carful with your pockets and money at night! other then that, its always good times and etc! recommended! cheers!

In the best of times, before Covid, I thought this was the saddest and most stereotype of places in Thailand. It's a blaring, uncontrolled zoo, all about booze and sex basically. Now only few bars are open, still blaring the music over the street, but no visitors. A strange sensation. We had to walk through the street to get to the boulevard, otherwise I would have avoided it altogether. It's a very sad place.

Can we sink any lower. I think Patong is my least favourite part of Thailand so far. Just a cesspool of lying, cheating, deceitful penny pinching capitalists. AWFUL!

Great vibe, lots of shops, lots of action, plenty pubs, restaurants, street food, massage parlours, tattoo artists etc. A good time can be had here, also lots of shopping bargains.
