We went bowling here on a whim because they were offering a buy 1 get 1 free special. I wish we had read the reviews first. I guess I just assumed it would be better because I've played many times at their locations in MBK in Bangkok and at Big C in Phuket Town area (now closed) and they're both fine.
But not so much here. The balls are soooooo old. Plus 90% of them are under 10 lbs and most have finger holes seemingly drilled for children. I guess that's understandable if you only have locals playing, but this mall attracts mostly foreigners on holiday. There were only a few balls in the while place I could even use. Most of the balls are chipped or otherwise damaged, so they're also a health hazard. My thumb was sore afterwards due to chaffing from a chipped thumbhole.
We also had trouble getting the balls to return and at one point, the worker just started bringing us extra balls instead of calling someone to unjam the balls. Of course this was silly, considering my fingers only fit in maybe 2% of the balls.
Lastly, a giant dead cockroach was on its back on the floor next to the ball return. Glad we weren't eating or drinking there...

Really bad, the paths were fiddling all the time, there were no balls that were good. Regret me very much. Don't go here. They take 600b for 10-15 minutes for two people.

Decor looks nice and modern but it’s all downhill from there. It was 1120B for our family to play one game.
Lanes surfaces are uneven, balls get stuck, you don’t get a full set of pins and have to reset almost every frame. When we realised how bad it was 10 mins in, we asked for a refund only to start copping really bad attitude from the staff.
The only good thing going for this place is the aircon.
Totally not worth the money.
If you are looking for something to entertain the family go to Froggy’s trampoline world and entertainment centre next door.

If you go without expecting much, it is a fun time. Our kids enjoyed even though, yes, it needs a little maintenance. They had bumpers for the kids and ramp for young bowlers. The calamary was surprisingly good! They had pool tables too. For a bowling alley in Asia, I've been to worse.. And the owner/manager went out if his way to make us happy.

Went here for a second time with friends. We wasn’t very impressed. The balls are old and in desperate need for replacement due to them being very old and damaged. The balls were frequently getting stuck and were not being returned back to the stand. Continually asking staff to get the balls after having to disturb them from watching their phones all the time and come across as we are being a nuisance for keep asking them to sorted it out. On the very last go they decided to change us to another lane. Really the last round and they move you !

We went as a family of 4 to Jungceylon and we spotted bowling to do as a family thing. We got there and paid 1134 BAHT, (32GBP). The lane we were on kept on crashing, including the bowling balls getting stuck at the end!! They refused to move us to another lane. It seems they don’t get the message that they need to fix their terrible bowling alley. Terrible.

headed down for a game today as it was raining. Didnt have a chance to play as the place was booked till 2pm. While i was there, i did look at the bowling balls and it was in pretty bad shape as what was being described in some of the earlier comments

My partner and I came here to kill some time before our flight home.
The balls and pins kept getting stuck but you know what, I hate bowling anyway so I wasn’t fussed.
One good thing was that every time I’d get a gutter ball it would still add 1 point to my score haha!
Overall, just laugh it off and have a bit of fun!

We went bowling on a rainy evening. It was hilarious! Loud techno and huge "no refunds"-sign greeted us at the door. My shoes were broken and wrong size even after using their mandatory size estimator. Balls were lumpy, dirty and some lanes worn out. Every now and then the pin-changing machine pushed pins down before we even tried, giving us excellent points. In one hour we had to change lanes three times because of broken mechanisms. We don't take bowling that seriously so it was all just a good laugh. For professionals I would not recommend.

The staff are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. They will scam you and make you pay double of what is advertised. Dirty environment.
