We spent 3 weeks in Phuket and used Friendly Taxi and Tours as our transport company for the duration of our trip. They provided a consistently excellent service; effective and efficient communication, reliable, flexible and a very competitive price structure. All of the 4 drivers that we had were approachable and helpful, but we would like to say a special thank you to Tik. She made us feel extremely comfortable and talked us through the areas that we were travelling through in great detail, offering her personal advice and experience. Tik also took the time to explain many aspects of the Thai culture and history, making our journeys very informative. We would highly recommend the use of this company and will be sure to use them again ourselves when we return. Thank you.

We have used Friendly twice for airport transfers and tours. I wouldn’t use anybody else. The owner responds to requests immediately with competitive pricing. The friendly drivers always show up early in clean vehicles. No need to go elsewhere.

Booked a city tour with this company. We didn't want to go on a tour as part of a group in order to avoid the long pick up journey around the hotels. We also had no interest in visiting the cashew farm or honey farm that form part of the larger coach tour trips.
With Friendly we got our own car with a driver who took us to the sights that we wanted to see. Cutting out the commercial commission paying visits to shops gave us more time to spend at the sights that interested us.
Our driver was able to communicate very easily with us in English, displaying a good sense of humour, and demonstrated very good driving skills. She did not accompany us to look at any of the sights as she is a driver rather than a tour guide. That suits us as we did our own homework beforehand and knew enough about the background to each sight.
This is the way to visit the sights in Phuket: in your own comfortable, air conditioned car, operated by a careful driver, at a cost that is much less than that charged by the mass tourism companies.

After some research I reached out to Friendly Taxi & Tours and got immediate response . After a first and very positive experience with Ms Lertlanong, driving us from Bangtao Beach to Khao Lak we ended up booking her for two other trips in the Phuket area. Besides being reasonable priced, the service was excellent .. arriving ahead of time (pick-up), clean car, enjoyable conversation and safe driving.

I did the Phuket 5 hour city tour and it was great. The driver was really kind and took me to all the places I wanted to go. I followed the company’s itinerary but I also requested to feed a baby elephant. We went to see the viewpoints, Big Buddha statue, Chalong temple, a honey factory, a cashew nut factory, baby elephant feeding, Old town Phuket. Everything went well and I got to spend as much time as I wanted at each location. I chose to start at 9:30am and the stops were not overcrowded since it was morning. I really enjoyed the honey and nut factories and they let me taste/ try their products. I got a lot of pics. I’d recommend friendly taxi and tours Phuket to other travelers especially if you’re solo and wish to enjoy a morning exploring Phuket.

When visiting Phuket in November 2020 I was lucky enough to discover Mr. Beer and his wonderful team of drivers. Returning to Phuket in March I was happy to again contact Friendly Taxi and was once again impressed by the professionalism, smooth booking process, and wonderful drivers. Khun Tik remembered me from November and I was again impressed with her kindness and English proficiency. I highly recommend Friendly Taxi for all your transfer and tourism needs in Phuket and I look forward to booking them again on my next visit.

The team was able to accommodate to our own itinerary during our day tour at Phuket.
Best of all, they assigned Mr Beeer who is easily one of the best driver we ever had in Thailand.
He was very accommodating and acceded to our last min change in itinerary due to foul weather where we couldn't visit the beach.
He was very responsive and would respond immediately to our whasapp message for pick up point at every stop of our tour.
Mr Beeer was also attentive to our needs, even lending us an umbrella during our walk at Phuket Old Town main street.

Faultless service easy booking with fast confirmation to check all is correct. And on arrival to airport a message welcoming us to Phuket from our driver informing us she was out side door number 3 already there and waiting for us. We walked out of that door and found her straight away with name board. She led us away from the busy area and asked-us to wait so she could get her car from the car park . Her car was new and spotlessly clean and fully air conditioned. Our driver was called Tik and she was amazing she couldn’t do enough for us. Alway informing us were to go and were to find her along the tour and sometimes after parking her car she would come and find us and offered to take pictures of us and would send them on what’s-app to us 👍🏻 also along the way she would mention other things that were in the area and asked if we would be interested in any of them but not in a pushy way at all but friendly what I liked a lot👍🏻 we didn’t go on anything else extra but did go back a couple of days later to some of them. After the tour and making our way to the hotel she ring them and informed the hotel we would be arriving soon and were waiting at the door for us . Grate service very friendly and would highly recommend and will be using next time we go back . We used them on way back to airport also and same Service was received . Faultless 😁 thank you 🙏🏻

What a fantastic experience!
By far the best service we have had. They were the best priced and the drivers were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable.
The two drivers we had were so accomodating and they were very professional, contacting me via WhatsApp to ensure I knows where to be picked up, and a time.
They were also willing to change the schedules to suit us, and went above and beyond.
We are so grateful for their service. Highly recommend if you want to do a day tour, or as a taxi service.

How much for one whole day taxi service to travel around Phuket. We are coming on first week of May. We are 2 people so need only a small Air conditioned taxi. (Approximately 10 hours and 150Km distance)

Rassada pier not hotel Because pick up from hotel we can check and room number at hotel reception but at pier can not check everything. Many times the customer booked to pick up from the pier. But not meet customers so damage the company because lost time and petrol so if pick from port or pier must pay first. Pier or port is cowded place so It may put us at risk. Due to the loss of time and fuel costs.
I have high rate and review TripAdvisor so we are honest but if you don't trust on TripAdvisor is ok.

We’re interested in a taxi from here to the Trick Eye Museum tomorrow (Friday August 9th), then return from the Trick Eye Museum to the Hotel and finally a taxi service to the Phuket Airport from Absolute Bangla Suites on Saturday.
