We caught this coming out of a nearby restaurant, lit up with the reflection of the temple in the water and it was spectacular.

An overpowering atmosphere with a great street food and trinket market alongside. A couple of nice bars and eating houses also. Worth the visit

Just average lake. Only really nice thing is the view over the lake towards the temple and all the lights at night. The lake is filled with fish.

A quaint market is set up every night around the lake. One side has yummy street food and further down there are hand woven clothes made by the Hill Tribe folk.

See it both in the day and at night when the lights reflect from the temple. Several nice shops nearby. Check out the t shirt shop. Meet the artist - Amwat. He is seriously talented

The "lake" is really more of a pond, but it's in a lovely setting, and the park that surrounds it is wonderfully (almost disconcertingly) well groomed. (It feels like a little bit of Germany or Canada.) What really sets it apart from other well-situated bodies...More
