1)Tour Guide Joe is drunk all the time and talks rubbish all the time. 2)He will try to get over friendly but don't fall for it. If you are leaving your item on the boat while going for activities then leave it at your own risk as there is no guarantee that you will find the stuff back. 3)as the tour guide is drunk, I would not suggest non swimmers to go for the tour with this agency.

It was a good afternoon spent with the lucky team. Nice team, Nice people. They try do to their best whatever the weather. They always smile 😁 landscape and island are so beautiful. The sunset was amazing and the plankton a Nice experience. Look around you how lucky you are to travel and pay this excursion instead of being irritated. I red people writing their bad experience but for the price it was perfect. They should put at their place, trying to manage 30 people from different countries with different wishes in an authentic boat who can have an issue, like every means of transport. If you want light, comfort or a private excursion, you should pay more in a luxury boat/speed boat and don't be so mean with such sweet local people.

We really enjoyed our 4 island tour with the guys from ‘Lucky’. To be very honest when we were taken to their meet up point we wondered where on earth we had been dropped off as it was not the nicest of places - broken chairs and really rough looking but things improved! As a word of warning their long tail boat goes from the pier and their is a charge to walk along the pier, which when we booked in Ao Nang we were not told about. Thankfully they let us go for free as we didn’t bring any extra money with us. We were taken to the four local islands, including Poda, which is lovely. Lunch was provided there. They did their upmost to ensure we had a nice day. If you ignore the ‘rough edges’ as they are obviously trying to make everyone happy on a budget, then you will enjoy yourselves. We had a great day out!

We booked this tour because, having done the quite expensive John Gray Sea Canoe tour a few days earlier whilst we were in Phuket, we wanted something inexpensive. Despite the cheap price, this 7 island sunset tour was well organised and as good as some more expensive tours we've done elsewhere. We were picked up on time from our hotel and taken to the briefing area. There was a 30 or so minute wait here which was not ideal but it did give everyone an opportunity to use the toilets and to buy snacks and drinks for the tour (which were much cheaper here than on the islands). Our tour leader was a lady called Cat who, along with a trainee looking to improve her English, ran through the itinerary, with plenty of time for questions. The boat we were on was not particularly fancy or luxurious but was more than up to the job. During the tour, the weather turned quite nasty but Cat and the boat driver did a great job of steering us to a quite cove at the side of an island before it got too bad. Once the weather calmed a little, Cat gave everyone the option of relaxing on the big boat till the rain completely passed and for those who wanted to swim, to take a long tail boat (which she arranged to meet us), to a nearby beach. Throughout the whole thing Cat was constantly checking to make sure everyone was ok, if anyone needed anything and kept us informed about what was going on. Obviously no-one can be held responsible for the weather but Cat and her team worked really hard to ensure we still got to make the most of the day. The highlight of the tour was the bio-luminescent plankton, after sunset, which no-one should miss. All in all, a great tour at a great price.

I have been on multiple island hopping tours (in Thailand itself) and I have to say this was my WORST experience ever! Extremely unprofessional and racist people at this agency! Yes, you read that right! A certain "Mr Jo" (most of you would be travelling with him on his boat if you are a Non Indian) is SO arrogant and rude and really needs to mend his ways of dealing with people. However, if you are an Indian, your guide would be someone who can barely communicate in English and you are bound to miss everything! Right from the beginning, 'Indians' and 'Non Indians' were separated in two different boats. We were a group of about 30 people with 2 boats, and when we started boarding, people started getting on the 2 boats as per their wish. However, this Mr Jo made sure that all Indians are on 1 boat (he made a group of 4 Indians come back to the "Indian" boat) while the 2nd boat had people from only non Indian nationalities. Our guide on the Indian boat could barely speak any Engish, it was like watching a silent movie. We didn't know which island were we crossing, which island were we going to, the instructions were so ALL OVER THE PLACE. To make things worse, we reached the 1st island where EVERYONE was allowed to snorkel EXCEPT for Indians. Mr Jo said "If you are an Indian, you are not allowed to Snorkel here. Indians can snorkel in the next island we go to". He made my husband come back into the boat (who had already jumped into the water with other fellow non Indians), and didn't even let my sister, her husband or their 5 year old child get off the boat. Plus, we were given life jackets after wasting a lot of time, whereas the non Indian boat was happily snorkelling. We waited on our boat like fools for 20 mins till the others returned back to their boat after snorkelling. The 2nd island where Mr Jo wanted 'Indians' to snorkel was at a beach with very shallow water and NO marine life, like SO lame! He also kept on repeating 'Indians if you lose the snorkelling equipment you have to pay 1000 baht". Honestly it was really pissing off. I don't see a reason why Indians need to follow instructions and others don't. I understand there might have been instances in the past where some 'Indians' weren't the best swimmers. However, if the passengers are saying that they do know how to swim, do you not want to believe them? Or will you only believe them seeing their nationality? Even if you leave the racism aside, the entire tour was so poorly organised. No details about the islands, no interesting stories. PATHETIC experience! Never seen such rude Thai people in my life! So my friends, if you are an Indian, then you know what you got to do!
