    Overrated krabi night market
Nothing comparable to those night markets in Bangkok. But it is the best market Krabi can offer. Mainly focusing in street food and some souvenirs. Not much on clothing. Have a stage with singing entertainment. Can spend 1-2 hours there. But if you have limited nights in Krabi/ Ao nang, can choose to skip this and have dinner in another restaurant as a taxi ride there cost around 400-500 baht one way.

    A good local market
There are actually several night markets all within walking distance in Krabi. The area around walking street is the one most tourists go to. It has a selection of stalls selling motr local stuff than the Ao Nang markets. You won’t get knock off designer gear here but instead a range of more locally produced goods. There is also food with seating arranged round a stage for various performers. There is a fresh fruit and food market close by, a food market with small pop up restaurants by the river and another market between that and the walking street market. I would recommend visiting the one by the river for a meal. You choose your pop up restaurant, they have some tables and chairs and if you want something like a fruit smoothie from another vendor they bring it to you. It works well and the food is delicious. We finished off with the most amazing crispy rotti with condensed milk.

The food and vast amount of choices were amazing. I bought a great shirt from a vendor. Four of us split up, ordered different food then joined up in the far end of the market at a table and area where we bought 2 beer to split. I had a mango and coconut smoothie with chicken skewers, sauce and spring rolls. Very good and so fresh.

For previous reviews you really shouldn’t blame your travel time on mainly a nightly food market. It pays to do your research and if your chasing fake items then your expectations were wrong so again dont blame your wants on an honest market.
This is relatively a small night market compared to Walking Street which is just up the road tho still vibrant, great happy people and its what you make it in the end.

Great for street food but poor for clothing. We visited last night and we're hoping to fill our suitcases with fake designer clothing, handbags,. Watches etc... Unfortunately this large market no longer sells these items. I suppose we saved some money though lol

The night market is besides vogue shopping mall. Visited on a Saturday evening. There’s lots of street food to eat. Didn’t manage to complete the night market which is a shame as I was rushing to Tesco. Overall, most of shops seems to close around 11pm in krabi town. There’s also another night market called black Crab night market which also have a lot of street food.

Hopeless place

Spent around 800 TBs to get to this place which has just about nothing to see and shop.

Being vegetarians we did not even go there hoping to eat.

This place was recommended by the hotel concierge and the reception and hence we went there. But would not recommend anyone to go there

As a night market goes, this is one of worst I have seen in 22 years in Thailand. It is really a tourist catch with very little to buy and / or eat. We ended up at a traditional looking establishment for dinner and drinks. Sitting upstairs and overlooking the market. After 1 hour we were not served and had to leave hungry. Quality of the food in the market is very very low.

Big night market for souvenirs and thai street food. There is entertainment as well. The prices are mostly reasonable as souvenirs. Would recommend Snoozz Hotel if you want to stay for the weekend, as it is right next to the night market.

Different stalls selling similar things. Food wise, same same but different. Spiralised potato fried and covered in various spices / cheese. Sushi. BBQ seafood. Fish. Chicken. Random meat on a stick. Fruit. Smoothies. Waffles.. a lot of food!!
T shirts, souvenirs, hand crafts made and sold.

Easily spent 1.5 hours here.

We went looking for the Saturday Night Market and came across this stretch of road side little stalls and restaurants just by the pier. We picked the far right restaurant and had a full meal. Delicious!! Soup, vegetables, fish, pork and thai omelette - all cooked perfectly, even better than some of the more popular restaurants. So we came back for more another night. Friendly service too

Nice nightmarket with the usual snacks, vendors and entertainment one would associate with Thailand. Almost certain to find lots of food options you'll like. Some good bargains to be had too if you haggle.

Lots of seating and easy to find if in Krabi Town
