Open and breezy
Oct 2019
HUGZ - 'the chilling space' is a small, breezy mall, that is also a gateway entry point to the Houze condominium at its rear. A tri-level shopping centre that holds high-end bars and cafes, with wide walkways and slow elevators, making it user-friendly (see my YouTube) for easy exploration.

A small partially deserted outside mall. Worth a once through look-see
Aug 2019
Seems to be designed for the condos nearby although it seems to be on its way to complete desertion. I enjoyed walking through and grabbing a blended coffee. I would say if you are walking by why not take a look and explore for a couple minutes. Maybe 15 minutes and you've seen it all. Kind of interesting place. You will find a couple nice photo opportunities

Just a deserted small mall
Jan 2019 • Solo
I walked in thinking of looking around to see what is going on, the only thing I see are some restaurants designed for "upscale" clientele. Food price is a rather high. May be a place or two to hang out, not really for eating. It is located near the area with big hotels. I would rather hangout in hotel bars instead.

Unfinished
Jun 2017 • Couples
Designed to meet the needs of the block of condos next door. There are 24hr western and Japanese chain restaurants charging full international prices e.g. 160THB for a black coffee. Noisy Muay Thai gym on 3rd floor could be heard on all floors.

More than half the tenancies are empty. Concrete in stairwells uneven. Ceiling in toilet stained and falling in.

Not worth visiting at the moment but the first three hours parking are free if you will be in the area for other reasons.
