The Black Mountain Water Park is spread over 40 000Sqm and is situated a short distance from the centre of Hua Hin, just 15 minutes from town. It opened in 2011 and is now one of the most favourite tourist attractions in the region. Tourists and local residents have been extremely complimentary about the good times spent on the many exciting attractions.

The Park is full of high quality, modern equipment that is all operated in line with the highest safety standards and supervised by highly trained lifeguards.

We have a 17 metre high tower with 9 different slides, a spectacular wave pool which is made the biggest wave in Thailand, the lazy river, a beach/infinity pool and children's pool, all providing the best fun filled day out a family can have.

So quiet..great fun day!

7 of us spent a lovely day at the water park and really enjoyed all the slides! The massive inflatable in the lake was amazing and the kids loved it! Well worth a visit!

Chose this park because of its price and was very pleased with our choice. Not busy at all, rides were more than enough fun. A stunning pool to cool off in. And enough shade areas with loungers to relax between rides.

The water park is very small and with only a few slides and a wavy pool. It's pretty chill out as there was only a few people there. I would prefer vara Nara water park for much more exciting slides. With 8 and 6 years-old kids.

I've been to vananava before this, and as an adult who dare to go for the crazy kind of rides, this place has not many to offer. I can imagine this place is perfect if you have small children and maybe up to young teenagers (unless you're scared of heights/speed then this will suit you too!) The wave-pool is better... More

We've been to vana Nava last year and decided to try black Mountain. It's a bit far out of Hua Hin, but if you have 2-10 year old kids is a far better choice than vana Nava. It's costs half of much, the choices for rides are less than vana Nava, but the perk is little ones get to ride... More

Firstly it's way cheaper than the one in Hua Hin but it is not the one if you need an adrenalin rush however the wave pool is better than most and did offer some excitement. It's about 800 baht taxi fare from the town centre. We had lunch at the golf club after to make a day of it. You'll... More

The even better thing was we got 50% off coz the Wave Ride was closed which we did not miss at all. Great Rides, Great staff. Great value food & drinks, no queueing for anything and its really not that far away. Do the park a favor and Visit it. Its great.

Black mountain water park is very tame and boring, just as a stand alone waterpark, that's without comparing it to the all action Vana Nava waterpark. First, the location of black mountain is very far from the town centre and train station, about 12km (basically where everything is happening) While Vana Nava is only about 5km. Secondly, the slides at... More

Great little park. This is the only water park I've been to because I was looking for a park suitable for my 6 yo boy. All the other parks seem to be aimed at older children. This was perfect for him as he was able to ride most slides, except one that would rightly scare most kids his age. Fast... More

Our 6 and 9 yr olds enjoyed a whole day here. Like the other reviewers, it was indeed very quiet on our weekday visit. Also that it was fine for our younger kids. Teenagers Likely need more entertainment. In saying that, the inflatable obstacle course is hilarious. We managed to purchase tickets at the market village shopping mall at soi... More
