If you are interested in Art then Baan Sillapin is worth a visit. Numerous artists have their work on display and it is for sale. The village is well spread out and has a cafe overlooking the lake. Not too far from town one can easily spend a couple of hours browsing around and having a coffee or cold drink.

A beautiful little shopping and art gallery experience. We bought some water colour ocean scapes for 500 baht each as we watched the artist in action. Large oil paintings at reduced prices due to lack of tourists. Support them their art is lovely.

This was, hands-down, the best part of our latest trip to Thailand. The artists from Baan Silapin are very much ready to take time to greet and converse with their guests. Got to spend some time with Tawee, one of the founders. We were also fortunate that our visit coincided with the celebration of their 20th year. I will be back.

A nice place to come once you have one/two hours and if you like art.
Paintings start generally from 500 bat and can easyly reach 25.000/30.0000. You can negotiate of course.
There is a limited number of antiques.
We really connected with the artist Wetchayan Unhasuwan very nice and modest person. We bought a few of his nice paintings. Price/quality of his paintings is very good.
Also restaurant was nice, facing a little pond. Food was od a good quality and arrived pretty quickly.

Spent an idyllic afternoon visiting this artist village with lots of beautiful, interesting art pieces to see. An entrance fee to pay but find it totally worth with the countless art works on display. Drop by the cafe and has a very nice matcha lattes! Lovely day to spend in a stress-free environment!

Went there. It's not a must see place. Little place, thousands of product in very loaded rooms usually, makes the feeling they left there years without any reasonable order.
They are charging 40baht at the entrance. That's fine. Some of the product I saw presented at Cicada.
If you happen to have spare time and you must spend 2 hours, go there.
If you don't have, don't feel you missed something if you don't go, even if you love arts or museums.

Lots of nooks and crannies with eclectic collection of various kinds of art. To see most of the place, visitors have to pay 40 baht per person entry. Fun place to wander around. Probably something for anyone here. The place is currently a bit dead during Covid, but some shops are active.

"Artist Village' is an appropriate name. It houses a bunch of artists' studios and shows their work. I left feeling like it was a worthwhile use of 45 minutes, but that I wouldn't return and wouldn't encourage others to go there.
IMPORTANT: The parking lot is *before* the sign...so if you've reached the sign and the building, then you've driven too far and must make a U-turn and try again. They should move the sign to before the parking lot.

Easy to get to by Grab, 10min around 110bht. Entry 40bht adults, 20bht children.
Great water colour paintings, as founder is an internationally recognised master.
may need to preplan activities as we didn't see any options when we went.
We found it very hot as no a/c. Also some mosquitoes.

The artwork here is some of the best and most interesting I have seen in Thailand. There is lots to see. It is made up of a collection of buildings, some wonderful plants. Workshop with artists at work. Highly recommended. Many quality paintings for sale.

I don't think so as there are different places with differnt artists. It might be that you can pay by credit card when you buy Art but I'm not sure. The best is to contact them directly.

Bonjour,
Je suis française, je vais venir à Hua Hin de fin avril à la mi-mai 2017. Je recherche une aide-soignante ou une infirmière à domicile pendant mon séjour. Je poste ce message comme une bouteille à la mer.
Merci d'avance !
