This is way better then the night market. Charming, great atmosphere, nice music and decent food. You can actually find something original to buy.

I think Cicada market become the most attractive entertainment on night time in Hua Hin. Lot of foods selection, all has their own uniqueness. Parking fee is a bit expensive : 50 THB. Toilet location a bit far.

Open-air night market selling craft and arts. Food stalls are also available, not that cheap but there are numbers of selection and proper place to eat. The place could be crowded with local and tourists during weekends. Parking also available.
