Best market in Hua Hin

In my opinion the best market in Hua Hin for individually / hand made goods. Plenty of eateries and bars nearby.

The less commercial areas, southern end, interested me most with a fantastic array of food available.

Unfortunately when we visited here the weather was dreadful, it began to rain just as we arrived, so couldn't enjoy the variety of goods stalls etc. I did try some battered prawns and hot waffles from the food stalls and they were both delicious. If you do visit Hua Hin it is worth a visit.

Visited Cicada market after reading reviews on Trip advisor, only open at weekends which probably accounts for it being so busy. Ok to wander around as the goods on sale are not typical if the street markets. Had been looking forward to trying the food but to be honest we found it quite an ordeal just finding a table to... Visiting this market was such a unique experience. Some of the most unique handmade stuff that I have ever seen! The atmosphere was festive and people were nice. Must visit!

A night market selling paintings, clothing, food, hand-made items, unique knick-knacks, out of the norm. There's a small amphitheatre, some street performances, weekend Jazz corner etc. A wide range of food available at the food market, ranging from local Thai food to international delicacies, alcohol, ice creams, dessert, etc. There are many stalls outside the Cicada night market where normal... A good place to go and look for local arts and crafts. We enjoyed the dozens of food stalls and there seemed to be entertainment as well in the center.

This is a amazing place for all ages. Every time we are in Hua Hin we go. Our favorite open air restaurant. It has a market, entertainment and music. But unfortunately it is only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you have not been I would totally recommend it! 😝

Cicada open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The food was delicious and the stalls clean. You pick up vouchers and use these to purchase food. We were there during the festival of the lanterns and the vibe was great. You also have the option to attend a show at extra cost. Will go again.

we enjoyed this market / open air eatery .You buy tickets to spend at numerous very clean local eating stalls ,plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food.Amazing crafts and fashionable clothes stalls ,much more upmarket than the Hua Hin night market and IMO Definitely better.
