Simple Temple
Oct 2019 • Couples
This temple is free to enter, nobody greeted us when we arrived making us wonder if it was open or not, so we just walked in. This is a working temple and obviously not designed for tourists.

Great place to meditate
Jun 2019 • Solo
Recently visited Wat Hua Hin and it was a great place for solitude and meditation.
If you like Buddhism and feel the urge to reflect on your inner soul, this is the place to visit and refresh your mind and soul

a simple temple along the side of road with some stalls selling Thai amulets outside the walkway...large parking area but you need to pay 20Baht if you park your car there

Off the beaten track
Oct 2018 • Couples
Walked past on several occasions not even noticing its existence, only as we were sat in Tina’s bar did I see the top & venture over for a look, small by comparison with other Wats, but still worth a look if you’re in the vicinity. There are a couple of monks manning a stall selling goods too which is a little strange & not something I’ve seen at other Wats.

If your into visiting temples and find yourself in Hua Hin, this will be a good stop. It is right on the main road through town and is directly across from the night market

Wat right near the Clocktower
Jul 2018 • Couples
Over the last few days we had walked past this Wat quite a few times so this morning on a walk to the port we decided to visit.
Very easy to find as it is right near the Clock Tower which is a main landmark here in Hua Hin.
It was very busy, lots of people here praying and giving offerings, one shrine in particular was getting a lot of attention, people were bringing in and taking out trays of eggs, some had been boiled as they had been shelled, love to know what that is all about.
Beautifull Thai architecture, so colourful. Many people were buying and sticking gold flake on the different Buddha statues. Well worth going for a look.

Hardly grandiose
Jun 2018 • Solo
Well situated however has little to offer with respect to either statuary, building design or history. Seems to be more amenable as a car park and alternative pathway to the bars and night markets.

Beautiful temple in the middle of a city with wonderful craftsmanship. Despite the location it's quiet.

Great little temple by clock tower
Feb 2018 • Couples
I was surprised that this wasn't on TripAdvisor as it is right next to the clock tower, a common drop off point. It is a lovely temple with people giving offerings to various statues. We wandered behind and came across a working monastery as a monk washing robes asked us to leave. Maybe dont go down there.
