there were 8 of us (6 adults and two girls aged 7 and 5). the agreed itinerary was respected, very good driver, 3 guides of which 2 were good and 1 who wasn't even able to check if everyone was following and didn't even want to make a mini lunch stop... (street food).
Only downside- forgetfulness?? for 8 people there were 6 beds!! from the third day we managed to have 2 rooms with 3 beds (one little girl was unable to sleep with her parents..) after attempts of phone calls, whatsapp, from Luca only the advice to contact an employee of the agency he provided us with the telephone number. Not even the slightest hint of an apology on his part..
anyway we enjoyed Thailand (fortunately the girls were small and thin and not chubby teenagers)
However, I recommend a mini marketing course.

Very well organized tour from the hot Bangkok to the cold of Doi Inthanon Park with its 2565 m, passing through the historical park of Ayutthaya, Sukhothai, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. Everything that the classic tours include and then temples, stupas, archaeological sites, railway market, floating, royal palace and everything else we did but it remains in your heart in addition to the splendor of the various temples, the peace and serenity of a bike ride in the historic park of Sukhothai or Singha Park among expanses of flowers and tea plantations. But who made our trip special was Marco, our guide. Professional in explanations, tireless in proposing new places to see that we met in our movements made with a comfortable SUV, such as that delightful country on the shore of a lake, Kwan Phayao, where the eye was struck by the expanse of flowers and golden dragons in the water. Amazing experience. Local guide in English with tour leader in Italian language. The rafting in the raining season is very funny because the river is super angry
