We hired a motorcycle from Cha am beach and looking for things to do.
This place is easy enough to get once in you we parked near the office and walked over the bridge.
It was free to park and free to get in. As soon as we started walking we saw the gibbons which was amazing. We had a walk around and saw some birds, we think great white Egret and a erm...
We used the toilet on the way out which was again free and it even had running water.
It’s nice to see happy animals in Thailand for a change.
Bring your own toilet roll, water to drink and plenty of mosquitoe spray.

My wife and I went to the forest park as it was an easy walk from our hotel.
The park is quite large with lots of footpaths and a cycle lane for those who have a bike.
We had been there about 20 minutes before eventually seeing a black gibbon crashing through a large tree.
Astounding walk round the park you can hear the gibbons calling.
We saw a couple of black gibbons and a golden gibbons. So nice to see them in the wild.
Worth a visit

It's a park, like everyone else. We saw no animals, only insects (especially ants in bulk). There were no open kiosks. The whole park was marked by decay. Looks like it has been nice and ⁇ ined at some point, but not now anymore. Per ⁇ the park is better suited for cycling or jogging. There were no open kiosks there.

With free admission, the best way to get around is by bike on tarred paths that haven't been maintained for a long time.
There are no longer any gibbons, but there are signs reminding people of the monkeys.
The park has clearly seen better days.

We visited this Forest with friends to view and feed the wild monkeys. It is well laid out with good footpaths signed with distances so you can walk as much or little as you please.

Yes- it is not well maintained and the toilets didn't even have water, but what a wonderful place to be near gibbons that aren't in cages in a zoo. We went about 11am today and were the only ones there yet again. Turn left after the toilets and sit and listen to the gibbons singing. As they are curious creatures they will make their way towards you, showing off their acrobatic skills and sometimes doing their ridiculous running along the path. This place is an oasis between 2 main roads with no visitors and a place to chill while being entertained.

This is a bit of a walk in the heat of the day..and requires crossing an overpass. The park is a really peaceful place to roam around. There is a small number of Gibbon's who call the park home..about 5. They will find you ..I was near the exercise area and they dropped out of the trees to say hello. I think if it was a large group or a lot of noise they would have kept away. Nature lovers or people wanting to get away from it all would like this place. Trails are marked in Thai and English.

Decided to do a little walking away from the beach, and found ourselves here (on our rented scooters). Nice and peaceful walks through the forest, but not much else, sadly. Everything looked a bit run-down, uncared for. It could be a really nice place with a little effort. At least is was cool under the shade of the trees.

Does the park provide guided tours or Birdwatching guides?

No.. it’s a pretty small park with no guided tours that I was aware of. Other than the gibbons, squirrels and various breeds of lizards, I wasn’t aware of abundant bird life. You might want to try one of the national parks around 1 hour away which have a more varied bird life.
