Free helmet and brake disc lock included in rent along with roadside assistance and 24-hour phone call assistance if you need translation help or directions in town. Open early, 08:00, and closed at 18:00

One of the best and kind service of motorbike rental in Thailand, that I’ve ever had. All questions and needs will be met, just ask for support. Bike was in good conditions and I was completely satisfied. Strongly recommend. If you need nice bike for long-term it is best solution in this province. Reffa, many thanks for everything, wish you good luck and I will come back when borders will open again.

Great rental place! The bike was really nice and everything worked great. No problems at all. The service was great and the owners were really nice and helpfull. We will definitely come here again next time.

We rent a bike on 28 Mar'17 by X delivery to our hotel on time.The bike's very good n' the the rent also resonable price,owner very friendly and speak English.I come next time I'll rent his bike again.

New well maintained motorbikes,better than average helmets and disc lock provided free of charge, very nice english speaking owner ready to assist at any time. Best motorbike rental in the area, very recomended!

My friend and I were looking to rent a motorbike and ride from Surat Thani to Khao Sok National Park. SO glad that we found these guys, who were so genuine and helpful in every way. After coming from Ko Tao where you can't help but feel like everyone renting bikes out is trying some scam or another, it was such a relief to come across X Rentals where you feel like you've made new friends straight away. The bike was great, the price very reasonable, and X and Reffa went to pains to help with our trip planning in any way they could. A lovely family business!

X was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the paperwork and even took me to the DMV to do the name change and pay the tax and insurance on the bike. He is incredibly patient and happy to explain things to you.
I had previously rented a bike from him too and had a similarly high standard of service. I would highly recommend talking to X if you need a bike in Surat Thani!!!

We rented a scooter from X and his wife for two days while we were visiting Surat Thani. We were able to get one quickly and easily without a reservation. Daily charge was 300 baht with a 2000 baht deposit which was returned on safe return of the scooter. Scooter was in great condition with a full tank of fuel (need to return full). Also check out the company Facebook page for a great list of places to visit while you're in Surat Thani.

After a one month spell or renting a scooter from X Rentals and having absolutely no problem whatsoever with the deal we decided to buy our own bike as we were in Thailand for another 5 months.
Sontaya gave us advice, went as far as to show us where the sellers were. I was given all sorts of advice on buying, none of which directly benefited Sontaya. After all, we were no longer renting from X Rentals. This did not matter to him.
Over the coming months we helped me set up paperwork, insurance and replace parts on the bike. He even helped sell the bike when it came time to leave.
I cannot speak highly enough not only of the rentals aspect of the business but also the other services we were given. If your in Surat Thani X Rentals should be your first point of call for rentals or anything service issues. I look forward to both seeing Sontaya and using him in future.

About 17km, but it is not far from one of the train bus stops in town. Get on the orange bus into the town and stop at any of the last 3 stops you will be close to the shop.

Sorry unfortunately we only have the one shop where you can return the bikes but I believe the airport car rentals allow you to do this. I have two manual bikes for sale if you would like to call me my number is 0839687298 I can give you more information about them.Hope this helps.
